No, he's too pragmatic/rational for his own good. That's the thing about investing, it requires some level of faith/religiosity, some craziness. His perspective was fully rational. Facebook is a meme, SpaceX is a meme. But this is a fully warped clown economy and some things are going to compound eternally. Tesla and Musk are the greatest example. He went through some insane crash points, where any sane rational smart man would have bailed and taken his winnings.
