when its actually being used by tradfi, with staking 1.0. if you don't think that's ever going to happen, bet against it. if you do and you're still whining you are on the left end of the curve and should just find a way to live your life until it happens.

and yes, there's probably going to be a speculative wave that leaves everyone behind who thinks they can just time it perfectly. but that will be impossible to predict unless you have billions/trillions and are a market maker yourself.

I don’t mind it hasn’t done its real moon mission yet but watching it lag behind everything in this pump gives me major “left behind again” vibes and that’s not cool

Cardano literally just became an abandonware “community” meme token and is still out pumping LINK. XRPs entire originally proposed use case has gotten eaten by LINK and it’s still out pumping LINK. ZEC just revealed that they had a hack where people were minting as much ZEC as they want and nobody even knows what the supply is anymore, and it’s massively outpumping LINK.

You mean Sergey's the one dumping Bitcoin?

You're thinking of Ripple, Sergey or CLL never made any payment or donation to Trump. That type of funding is public.

You forgot to blame Sergey for the speculative crypto market being fake and gay

>Sergey or CLL never made any payment or donation to Trump.

do you actually believe that? or are you like 15 years old

it's funny that these kids still think some massive breakout against the rest of the market is coming if they just post more buzzwords. mind you they just sat there and watched their special alt completely miss the entire bullrun. it took everything link had to muster it's weak, limp, carcass up to just over 50% of the 2021 run. that was everything left in the tank.

by the way, for all the boyscouts - how's that revenge fantasy going? you know, the one where you are so heckin dangerous you round up people who slighted you on a dead anime board

Adam clearly getting nervous about the coming singularity as he tries to downplay the severity of his crimes, knowing full well he is doxxed and that his transgressions against linkies outweigh the purported crimes against jews during the alleged holocaust and the supposed "harm" done to blacks via the entire "american" (read jewish) institution of slavery combined.

LINK/BTC has atrocious volume, it has consistently dropped for the past 6 years, making brand new lows every six months give or take

>>
>>62369998
years only half over, surely soon
>>
Asked before but nobody can give an answer - what is there to drive up the price?

there's no hype and doesn't payment abstraction mean people don't need to hold link? since the protocol just buys then immediately sells it anyway?

People talking about staking 'coming soon' but people are already staking.

Isn't the point of staking to secure the data feeds - but if Chainlink is already the standard surely they're already secured so why would they even bother with public staking at this point?

all the partnerships are already announced, the protocol is already the standard and used everywhere, staking in its current form is fine and does the job.

I just genuinely don't understand what people are waiting for why they think it will go up
>>
>>62374743
crypto is speculative, it goes up on future possibility.
And speculative hype needs price momentum to build.
Link has had enough speculative bombshell news in the past 6 years to pump 1,000 cryptos into the stratosphere, but it never got to build price momentum because Bitcoin keeps dumping every time news drops.
It really is that simple.
>>
that level of cope is unbelievable
>single digit token 4ever!
>>
>>62374743
Every buy doesn't automatically become a sell, what are you talking about?
>>
>>62374743
>Asked before but nobody can give an answer - what is there to drive up the price?
Nothing - actually, liquidity is really expensive today (fed funds rate,i.e. the riskless rate, is at 3.50%) - that acts like gravity to all speculative investments.

even worse, with AI you have a real product that solves real problems TODAY and the only bottle neck to this is literlaly how much compute you can get. want to get a better LLM? just throw more compute, i.e. money, at it - so AI works as this gigantic black hole for any kind of excess money today.

Theres no reason for excess money to flow into crypto when it can flow into actually productive AI.
>>
>>62374203
Not like there is anyone you could devise it to anyway you lonely faggot
>>
>>62374761
It doesn’t go up because they don’t want it to go up. Teams work with market makers to juice the price. For whatever reason, it seems that Chainlink labs doesn’t do this. I’ve heard speculation that our pump to $50 was largely the work of SBF/FTX and not necessarily something the team even wanted to happen.
>>
>>62373997
You have earned nothing and will take nothing but the literal 80% loss you average to have. And it will only get worse.

Two cherry picked examples doesn’t really prove anything. But let’s say you’re right: why do you think that’s happening? Ari and Sergey offloading their bags?

kek you mean their BTC bags? In the process hurting their Link bags?
Literally 60 iq take.
>>
>>62376469
Yes, I meant their btc bags obviously. You didn’t answer the question though.
>>
>>62376484
In what fucking universe does it make sense that Ari and Sergey spent the last 6 years dumping BITCOIN, specifically hurting Link in the process?

Why am I even asking, you're clearly dumb as a rock.
>>
>>62376493
I didn’t say it made sense. I was asking you for *your* theory on the correlation. I said that mostly in jest. The only reason it would make sense is if they have massive bags and it’s their tactic for suppressing the link price for now.

amen to this anon
>>
>>62369910
The truth about that is that whales control the entire crypto market and imo are using it as a slush fund for nefarious payoffs.
Say you need to fund some Kurdish mercenaries in Iran, crypto is used to pay them off and the market as a whole dips. Afterwards they slowly build up their holdings for the next round of payoffs.
Look how the market pumped when Kamala lost the election, they were anticipating bribes for the new administration and as soon as Trump gets in the market immediately starts dropping.
You're going to have to wait for real adoption to roll out before this stops being an issue.
