WE ARE GOING
>>
>muh valuations
>bbbut... the nazi salute...
don't care
the rules have changed
we are going all in for space datacenters and mars colony
you can still join us if you want to
>>
who gives a shit about the "financials" you fucking idiot, goldman sachs said they're gonna make $1T in income by 2030. they're smart people.
>>
>>62371944
I know you’re being facetious but the valuation is just absurd. You could buy Walmart twice for the valuation spaceX is trying to pretend it has. That passive index funds are going to be legally required to swallow this turd is infuriating and OpenAI is about to do the same
>>
>>62371963
Only NASDAQ funds and maybe some others IDK. S&P at least aren't exposed, thankfully
>>
>>62371918
All the hatred being posted on /biz/ just tells me being long SPCX is the right call. All these same people were around to shit on TSLA too, and that stock made plenty of people into millionaires. We have not even gotten to the point where the index funds have to start loading up on shares yet.
>>
>>62371944
Goldman only values Goldman. They do not give a fuck if they sell garbage to their customers as long as it benefits them
>>
>>62371963
>NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO NOT THE BAD NAZIS COMPANY
>THIS BRICK AND MORTAR RETAIL COMPANY MAKES MORE MONEY (I HAVE NO UNDERSTANDING OF HOW VALUATIONS WORK)
>>
>>62371918
It’s only gonna go up from here!!
>>
>>62372053
Nigger you are actually retarded. Have fun holding those heavy ass bags in a couple months. I'm gonna be there laughing at you.
>>
>>62371963
Walmart can be replaced by Aldi and Lidl
SpaceX cant
>>
>>62371918
A trillion revenue by 2030! That means the fair market cap is like 250 trillion $! Buy buy buy!
>>
>>62372053
For those valuations to be accurate, the company would have had to accomplish feats of technology never seen before in human history.
Oh, wait...

Walmart is a developed profitable business with a top tier logistics network. SpaceX was formerly a burgeoning rocket company but was strangely welded to a satellite internet and literal who AI platform to make a handwavey outrageous evaluation that is merely justifiable if they can reach all their most outrageous promises with no setbacks. It’s basically an AI company with a rocket hobby. This monster is horrendously unprofitable and any person witn pre-IPO stock should cash it in asap for an outrageous pay day.
>>
>>62372124
SpaceX can literally be replaced by OpenAI when they pull the same exact scam

Lmao.
>>
>>62372138
We’ve had satellite internet since the 90s
>>
Why do raging retards pretend like a company’s value is strictly based on current assets and has nothing to do with market demand at all? Clearly the company is overvalued but the reason the stock is performing so well is so many people have faith in it and want in on the potential. Sorry that it ontologically upsets you that the richest man in the world is successful but that’s just how the game is played and you’re just lucky you get to live in a world where you’re allowed to shave off a small piece for yourself.

>>62372177
Not pLEO, and not at scale where it can rival traditional methods. Someday it may even be as good or better than fiber. We’ll see though. Military certainly had some neat satellite tech, I don’t see why it cant get better in consumer markets

all the spcx shills shitting up this board are using the same scripts they used when they were shilling their shitcoins in 2023. Same vibe and all.

The reason the stock is doing well is because 4% of the company stocks are available for acquisition, it’s outrageously overvalued legally forcing index funds to purchase it, and retail investors being fucking retards. The biggest sell signal on earth are people calling into Dave Ramsey’s show asking if they should buy some shares of that new fangled spaceX stock. This stock should be 50 dollars a share at best. I even looked heavily into getting spaceX stocks pre ipo but this just makes no sense now. Hard pass

lol, lmao even
>>
>>62372311
Look at MISTER MARKET over here who knows the exact reason for everything. Tell me, if you know the fundamental value of any and everything how come you're so fucking POOR LMAO XD
>>
>>62372316
Not with current tech, no of course not. I’m just saying it could. At the very least pLEO is better than mid–far earth orbit for internet right now
>>
I HAVE BURNING DIAHREA.
>>
>>62371928
>Mars colony
Are you going to Mars, personally?
>>
>>62372353
Doesn’t matter. There’s very little upside on this stock. You pull a 2x your spaceX is as big as Nvidia. A company operating at a 5 billion dollar annual loss compared to NVIDIA’s 100 billion gross annual profit btw. This isn’t like buying RYCEY at 80 cents or AMD at 80 dollars.

unlikely, but i'll be unironically happy if we have a permanent mars outpost
>>
>>62372627
you didnt buy AMD at $80 due to the "high PE"
>>
I love Elon so much bros
>>
>>62372668
SpaceX is a fake tech company. Rockets, fuel, government contracts oh my.
>>
>>62372690
AMD had lots of growth potential at 80 dollars. SpaceX has very little room to grow with its colossal fake valuation. It’s already the 6th most highly valued US company at just a hair below Amazon. That’s fucking insane. Everything the company could ever hope to do is priced in and then some
>>
>>62372694
Wow you can buy 1/3 of a PlayStation, high roller
>>
>>62372709
Space is a limitless frontier
Therefore, SpaceX has a limitless valuation.
>>

>they're gonna make $1T in income by 2030
yeah off of you dummies giving them that before the rug pull. they didn't say they'd share it with you lol. how do you think these cunts make their money?

It will hit 200$ in 14 minutes.

>>
>>62372737
how?
>>
>>62372740
Check the price.
>>
>>62372740
Womp womp cry about it nigger. When it hits 500 I’m gonna sell and you’re gonna have wasted 1 month on margin calls that barely break even
>>
>>62371963
The entire purpose of this is to bail out SpaceX and OpenAI. They are going to completley collapse the market if there isn't some kind of intervention and the government can't just directly bail them out now, so Blackrock and Vanguard have to do it. What is hilarious to me is that they don't give a fuck about DEI and the environment anymore
>>
Link will make 1 trillion dollars profit before SpaceX does
>>
>>62372995
Hitting 500 would make it the biggest company on the planet by a wide margin. This is a literal fever dream.
>>
>>62372161
It's impossible for them to make enough to justify that valuation. They would have to sell a Tesla and Starlink to every single house in the US to make that make sense
>>
>>62373029
So is this good or bad?
>>
>>62373054
Privatizing gains and subsidizing risks is never going to help you
>>
>>62372138
>feats of technology include filling the sky with so much crap you can never see stars again, btw they will eventually collide and all destroy each other in a cascade then the debris will rain down on your and poison everyone

COOL DUDE
>>
>>62372311
The only reason people are pissed about this shit is that they are changing the rules for indexes just to fast track three companies and then they are changing the rules back. The fact that no Democrat politicians even bothered to try and stop this shows you what is about to happen
>>
>>62373062
Agreed 1000%. People are asleep at the wheel in this and it’s a total outrage
>>
>>62373046

They actually denied the rule change. Looks like your 401k won't have this until it's already in the $1000 a share range lmao. YOU FUCKED UP LMAO. Imagine repeating Elizabeth Warren talking points on a fucking BUSINESS forum.
>>
>>62373062
>>62373090
Quit fucking crying about it faggots holy shit. So the rules are different. So what. Make a quick buck off of it while you can and quit being such a whiny bitch about it. The stock market is not the economy. If it crashes so fucking what, just buy more shares so when it recovers in 2-5 years you’re a niggilionaire. Don’t tell me your entire life savings are in the markets on leverage right?
>>
>>62373189
>had an opportunity to let indexs buy SPCX early
>passed it up
Why are they letting retail win on this one?
>>
>>62372715
a gain is a gain fag, eternal poorfags like you wouldn't understand that
>>62373061
Actually it will only rain down on poorfags like you, I'll be on the mars outpost, go back to seething on reddit gaylord
>>
>>62373062
what IS about to happen, sir?
>>

It will dump a little but Elon and other early shareholders own so much of the stock that the price is gonna be totally untethered from reality basically forever. It might take a 50% shit when the lockups end but who fucking knows how high it's gonna get before that happens?
>>
>>62371963

Tweet this to him. Elons just crazy enough he might do it.

Goldman Sachs is the bookrunner of the IPO
>>
>>62373179
Use the overinflated stock price to acquire companies that have products people want to use, beginning with Anysphere.
>>
>>62372124
SpaceX's AI segment not only has strong competition, it is behind the competition.

The space and connectivity segments ahead of the competition, but if you look at the product development pipeline right now in the US and China, you can see that the competition will get serious in about 2 years, and SpaceX is probaby going to get fully Tesla'd in 10-15 years. SpaceX is not going to make anything close to $2T in profit before that happens
