> me and my bro started a local business > 3 months ago> been grinding, finally profitable> actually making money nowAnons who actually run their own businesses — drop some real adviceWhat should our priorities be right now to grow this properly?Biggest mistakes/pitfalls you’ve seen with new small profitable businesses?Key lessons you’ve learned the hard way running your own thing?Tips on finances, scaling, marketing, operations, systems, or working with a partner?Any anons running their own businesses? Would really appreciate any advice or lessons from experience.
>>623814581. Don't borrow money. 2. Grow at the pace of your cash flow. 3. Don't borrow money.
>>62381486That is solid advice anon.
>>62381458borrow moneydon't risk your own money when you can risk someone else'sborrow moneyalso don't sell to the public. The actual money is in selling to business and government
>>62381458don't do deals with very dark skin people.
>>62381526What about the small hat people?
>>623814581. Borrow money, it's leverage that you can use to grow and you can write off the interest2. Grow as fast as possible before competition overtakes your niche3. take out loans on everything, it's literally how all businesses work, you get to write off the interest and depreciation on anything you buy4. don't listen to >>62381486
>>62381537owning a business makes you an automatic honorary jew to the schizos on this board.if you're going to make money you have to get used to the idea that 4chan will hate you and want you dead
>>62381550Nah i think browns only think that way. I still wouldn't trust the small hat people though. But they are definitely very much present in all big businesses. And on your point this board is probably 80% brown
>>62381570/biz/schizos consider anyone that makes money at the expense of others to be jewish. the only rich people you guys tolerate are ones that accidentally got rich off crypto or stocks. People that didn't employ anyone or pay any taxes. The entire board is dedicated to this fantasy that you can get rich investing. Even though almost nobody ever does. You guys think you have some high ground to look down on businessmen because they do things you would never do. Despite the fact that that's exactly how most people get rich.
Have fun dealing in the real world, goyim.
>>62381458>Anons who actually run their own businesses — drop some real advice>What should our priorities be right now to grow this properly? It's easier to make a business profitable rather tha make a business grow. Start another business and continue until it doesn't matter if the first business fails or not.
>>62381486European way>>62381545American way
>>62381630good advice I did this. The problem I had is that I started multiple businesses in essentially the same field, so when the entire field goes down all of my businesses go down with it.this is very common. Most people that start multiple businesses do so in pretty much the same sector as their original business because they're experts in that and know nothing about other markets. Meaning when one business fails they all probably fail.
>>62381545And remember that to build the business to sell in the future not to try and keep running
>>62381550Not true at all. However if you start acting like a Jew, that's a different story
>>62381602Wealth creation is wealth creation. Only a retard would see a real business as a net negative.I mean people here even hate landlords, but the reality is that those are poorfags that don't even own any property. The real enemy has always been taxes (government) raping everyone and literally giving it back to niggers. The robin hoods of our days
>>62381697>>62381726I've been called a jew hundreds of times here for pointing out that I pay people $25 per hour to do work I charge at $125 per hour meaning I'm taking $100 per hour of their labor.this is a fact, and it's how most businesses work. I am not jewish but /biz/ absolutely thinks anyone that gets rich is a jew. That's one of the reasons this board is 100% get-rich-quick grifts that almost never pay off.
>>62381630>>62381667Would you suggest perhaps I take some funds to do something smaller like say get a vending machine in a lucrative location for extra cash flow?
Borrow as much as possible

>>62385639They have a point though. I’d the business borrows money, and the business fails, they can file for bankruptcy and not have to pay the loans back.
>>62381458Use tech to your advantage before investing in new employees. Find a good CPA to help you set up your books. KEEP UP with your accounting monthly. It saves money come tax time, CPA will have less to untangle for you to file taxes appropriately. In the current year, there are TONS of free/low cost marketing opportunities. Do not set up Google AdWords without paying very close attention to budget. And, ads on Google/Facebook are kind of expensive. Post for free on social media platforms, analyze engagement, and only once you plateau should you start looking into paid ads. Get in touch with your local chamber of commerce and small business development entities. Let them know you’re around, ask if they have events coming up, and ask about resources available to smalls.Network. If you’re selling to businesses, you can get prospect lists by going to your states business search and exporting (i haven’t tried every state i guess, but probably).Don’t actually cold call. Do your research on the business, try to find them on linkedin, see what events they may have coming up or are going to be attending. Try to meet them/interact before a literal call.

>>62381458>>62381458I start your mum.
My business is buying and selling Pokemon Cards.
>>62381774Well those people are retarded, obviously there are expenses besides their salary (and their tax) that need to be accounted for, saying thats pure profit is retarded
>>62387559Oh I'm seeing it now. Next he'll correct you like so:>actually I just work 25 minutes a day to confirm contracts I get through that one site, and I pay them under the table so no employment taxes either
If you're using quickbooks, take the time to make physical copies. And know when to get an actual accountant. You don't want to end up like SBF.
>>62381458Never lie, and be brutally honest and straightforward with your customers, while also giving your future goals and aspirations.
>>62387590kek
There are no businesses left to start.
>>62385898> they get to walk away clean while the bank eats the loss. free money glitch.
>>62387196> have some cash> i'm broke btwkek'd myself reading that. you're skipping about 12 steps, anon.
>>62381545Doing anything just for the tax deduction is fucking stupid. It is throwing away $10 to save $3. Borrowing money on a small business is the fastest way to bankruptcy. It magnifies the risk on what is already a high-risk endeavor. 50% of small businesses fail in the first 5 years and almost all of those fail due to debt. If you can't do it debt-free, it probably is not a strong business plan in the first place and adding debt will sink it fast.
>>62389593You have no idea what a business is or does and everything you're saying is the opposite of reality. Why don't you zoomers google things before you post the most retarded shit the world has ever seen time and again?
>>62389517Obviously not a free money glitch, it’s a way to protect your personal assets of you fail. Bankruptcy involves proving that you didn’t screw the banks on purpose, you can’t just declare a la Michael Scott and get it
>figure out which fields are government-subsidized>leech off of themI've been b2b-ing with special ed programs for about three years now, not a single month ended on a loss. My experience with 4chan autism was a huge advantage here, so mind that.
