TUMBLING DOWN TUMBLING DOWN
>>62381962Can't he just take the dividend and up it to like 20%? That should drive the price back up because people like free money right? What's stopping him?
>>62381997not going to help if he's not going to maintain peg
To bad Saylor can't release a stable coin to pump BTC that would require DeFi lol. Tom Lee however will mention this in the next shareholder meeting.
>>62382061btc to 7kshtlink 50.....cent - HAHAHAHA
>>62381962the bottom is unironically $0
>>62382250Yeah, 32 years if he sells bitcoin, but I bet that doesn't add up to the panic he will cause by a massive sell off, also liquidity, I doubt any market is ready for this retard to dump 32billion in bitcoin.Btw, he has maybe 7-8 months of cash left to pay for dividends if he doesn't sell bitcoin or doesn't dillute his shares.I think we can all see where this is heading to
>>6238232354* billion
>>62382323>7-8 monthsbear market will be over by then
>>62382328>the bear market will be over despite the biggest holder being underwater and forced to sell soonyeah sure anon i can just FEEL the bull fomo
>>62381962and I don't think anyone ever commented this here properly, but the impact in other protocals which relies mostly of their liquidity pool in bitcoin will be huge, imagine once people would start selling off their bitcoin or trading to any stablecoin, that will depeg as well. We had just a briefly taste of that in Luna, some other protocols that relied in Wrapped Luna in their holdings, I recall USDT, USDC depegging for a brief time and a random protocol depegging pretty bad.I don't think people realize how in the shit this market will be if he fucks up hard.
>>62382328I don't know, we are heading to 2 rate hikes this year and a bubble worse than .dot bursting at the same time. I don't feel comfortable at all to say that this 4 year cycle will keep untouched.
>>62382352dotcom*
>>62382345Usdt and usdc are backed by fixed income instruments, not saylors money magic, which like UST, is basically a derivative of Bitcoin/MSTR
>>62381997The dividend IS almost 20% at that price lmao.
>>62381997And pay the dividends with what money? He would have to offload a shitton of BTC. That's the crux of the issue
WERE SO BACK
>>62384600It's called a refi, retard
>>62384600>And pay the dividends with what money?Saylor can go get a loan to pay for it. Ever heard of a bank?
>>62384738>>62384752
>people bought an income product from michael saylorDO GOYIM REALLY?
>>62381962> Perpetual stretchLmao cant make this shit up
>>62381997I believe that would just accelerate the already existing issue if the price were to continue to stay the way it is.
>>62381997>>62385164So let me explain what happens, once dividend raise he has more obligations to pay, that has to come from somewhere and it's from his credit. Now he has 4 means to pay his dividends from credit: 1- loans; 2 - Cash in reserve (1.1b); 4- dilluting his stocks; or 4: selling bitcoin (53B). The issue is: he has barely 9 months left to pay the CURRENT dividend yield, which I guess he accounted for something like 12% at that time. He either increses his debts (which is possible but again, refinance where?) or sell bitcoin. the problem about selling his shares of MSTR is that it both dillutes the bitcoin per share (which is good) at a cost of his shareholders, which are going to dump the price even further. The problem is that at the same time he WANTS to buy more bitcoin and it's using part of that dillution cash, so in the end mNAV (value of bitcoin per share) is not attractive to the regular investor which could simply buy Bitcoin. So basically down this path he is destroying his common stock and the premium of btc/share and exposure. The second path which is selling bitcoin only worsens the whole ecosystem, drags price down, his reserves devalue agressively. So that's it, both selling MSTR and BTC end up in a death spiral and both can and are happening at the same time.
>>62385261Bitcoin is a swarm of cyber hornets.
Saylor redeemed right here and magically STRC went up.
>>62382328That’s around the time that we should be at the bottom of this bear market. Bitcoin is going to around $35,000
>>62381997REFINANCE WHERE MICHEAL
WHADDAMMA GONNA DO?!?!IT'S TIME TOBIIIIIIIIIIITTTCCOOOOOOONNNNEEEECCCCT
The world needs energy, Bitcoin is digital energy, which makes saylor the modern day John d. Rockefeller
>>62385261That's a lot of words to say Saylor has no income and is fucked unless BTC pumps.
>>62381962Luna vibe, Saylor will be the only seller at the bottom (..and I will be buying).
