3 interviews off 80 applications is good in this economy and i'm not even joking

Sadly this is true. Depends of course on domain, but in tech the current conversion rate at top of funnel is 0.5%. 3 in 80 is 3.75%, which is very good.
>>
you guys really have shitty skillsets

t. Cybersecurity consultant for Microsoft solutions speaking french, english and dutch

Asking chatgpt is not 'speaking' and pajeets like you need not apply as everyone knows the only jobs left on Earth are those outsourced to india.
>muh skillset
13 yoe AI meme and fullstack, work history includes M$ fulltime IC (not consultant) and a bunch of startups, some exciting, some very successful.
The only one without skills in this thread is you really.

that's not how conversion math works, anon. sample size is too small to mean anything.

Literally me but I already have a job as a SWE with 4 YOE. The days of job hopping every 3 years are so over.

This part is key

I think we've come to the point where we genuinely don't need more white-collar workers. Like that's it, the roles are filled. The ghost jobs are just a natural phenomenon for companies to maintain worker morale and HR to justify their existence. We might just have enough workers and that's it.
>>
>>62389469
Anything past 20 is sufficient for this and you don't seem to know what conversion means.
>>

how do you survive?

Obviously, in Knoxville Tennessee where I live the streets are FLOODED with people, absolutely congested highways to the point where you can barely drive anywhere anymore.
Too many people, too many eaters. They don't do anything either. Always the fattest, oldest, ugliest most dysgenic people
