Thinking about getting active on crypto twitter, but I'm unsure of how anonymous I should try to make it. My goal is to get headhunted as a researcher/analyst, or at least use the account somehow when I apply to jobs. If I'm going to work in crypto wealth management, is there even a point to trying to stay anonymous as a crypto investor? Idk frens, I don't want to get crowbar method'd

Most professionals at chainlink labs did this. They are eating good now.

Its odd to me how much crypto-professional kind of stuff happens on twitter but fuck it I guess I have to join it

You should absolutely stay anonymous. Only give out identity to anyone who's earned your trust.

You can never go back on this decision. Once it's out it's out.

Twitter is a nonsense platform for people who think they're doing the brainwashing but are actually the ones being brainwashed. If you feel you need to join it for career purposes then you do you, but the whole "Anonymous" thing is pretty chic right now and I've had good luck with having no web presence then bragging about it during interviews. ymmv

Don't do this. We're full.
