How will you live once you make it?
>>
>>62389827
Why is the TV up there?
>>
probably get a comfy townhouse in Cambridge, MA. throw house parties every 2 weeks. socialmaxx and abandon all digital media unless it has to do with socializing. just socialize 24/7
>>
>>62389827
Retired at 25. I made it.
Same thing I do everyday. Chill. Relax.

how to socialize with money? whores?

all the people i know has to work to live
>>
>>62389827
i wont park a bicycle in my living room, for one. what a dork. can he not afford a parking space?
nor will i ride the motorized bicycle; i enjoy being alive so ill hire a skillful driver with a well maintained SUV.
>>
>>62389880
For me its the opposite
Go to some abandoned town in Texas section off a huge amount of land and fence it in with concrete walls. Speak to no one unless legally/financially required to and just develop the land into my own personal garden of eden and fill it with native species. Hopefully by then they will have robots that can autonomously water, dig holes, and harvest plants.
Yes, I'm into shit like Permaculture and Earthships.
>>
>>62389827
The most melanated house possible.
>>
>>62389904
what? did you seriously fall for the meme that people stop hanging out after college? lmao. it's not true otherwise people would have literal suicide rituals at 23 because honestly what are you working for in life if you can't even be a human being?

plenty of people do hobby/volunteer stuff after work. dive bars are not a bad place. ironically if you can adapt to the vibe, nightclubs aren't the worst actually; just a massive money sink.

>whores
Honestly escorts are probably only after you have "fuck you" money and you can use them to do interesting things or make a social scene more chaotic, it's purely transactional though and not something you should "man". you should look up host/hostess culture in japan, it's depressing because they overdo it.

but yes people are starving for socializing; it's honestly not a joke that you see more women going out than men, but im afraid this will contract too because eventually you'll have women give up as well.
>>
>>62389912
honestly? fucking kino I like it. what about the heat in the summer though?

>>
>>62389932
If the area is full of them, why are you growing more in your greenhouse? lmao.
>>
>>62389934
Because it isn't full of them a lot of the Texas wildlife is dying out.
As a kid I remember seeing fireflies every night during summer in my backyard. Now? I'm lucky to see even one during the entire summer.

i always liked the idea of living in a house overlooking an ice sheet. so i guess somewhere in greenland, build a concrete evil villain bunker.
my office would have a giant window and there'd just be ice as far as the eye could see.
or i guess someplace a bit more hospitable, like iceland. so still green in the summer, but snowy landscapes for most of the year.
anyway, i'd just goon and play vidya.

660~k portfolio no debt, have passive income

Goal is early retirement. I could do that right now if I left the USA.

>Few nice A frames on land which I own, no debt
>Focus on art, family, music, local community
>Never generate another cent for Jewish oligarchs or govt
>Be a net negative on GDP, net recipient of tax dollars
>Have many white children
>Make sure my parents can live around us during end of life, not subjecting them to nursing homes
Pending inflation I'm probably 1/3rd where I wanna be.

unless you got enough money to have people come clean and do all the lawncare and gardening and taking care of that pool, seems not ideal. The larger the house the more maintenance and other costs, it's only worth it if you got enough to completely cover all the labor cost of upkeeping everything.

Nope, nope nope.

Boats / airplanes - Unless you are using them every month not worth the money. Just a giant pain in the ass, liability and money sink. Same goes for swimming pools and other seasonal crap. Unless you are tropical / sub-tropical not worth the hassle for an occasional dip.

That house looks like a show home. If you have the plenty of cash get something custom built that you can live in.

Wife - marry someone intelligent with a solid degree. Stupid women and artists will fuck up your life no matter how rich you are.

Harem of sluts - Good way to catch a STD. Also divorce is the most expensive thing there is.

Know doctors, wall street traders and other high fliers who drove their life into a ditch. They had a 7 or 8 figure salary and still ended up in debt. Multiple divorces didn't help.

Every Ducati is under 100K. It might be a symbol of wealth down in the hood or out in a trailer park, but that's just a splurge for the upper middle class and not even a thought for people who are actually rich.
