I live in a complete shithole, had bedbugs for a year, no laundry/washing, entire tiny apartment carpet ect But I'm making 300ish a year maybe so my accounts are ripping, I'm saving pretty good my rent is 900/m and I keep a balance of maybe 5k cash then everything else is invested and I also took out a line of credit against my. Don't know where youre based but I can use my rrsp and fhsa to put down 20% on a 500k without spending any actual cash , the fhsa is just from random gains I made and rrsp (who gives a shit about that). Then I'm going to attempt a smith maneuver to fuck down my taxes and grow accounts with a line of credit on the house as well , this is kinda my plan so far what I rreally recommend though is just getting a bench and some 20lb weights and doing some exercises here and there throughout the day to not get fat because with money comes eating well. I'd also recommend picking up an instruemnt and learning it, just pracitce evewry day, guitar is extremely easy you just put your finger on the fret and hit the string and then bitches flock to you (notme)
