Gen X were the ones who benefited from those kind of interest rates.

>>62405805There really wasn't a stable era after WW2 for boomers. It was the Greatest Generation that had the stability. Boomers had the national economic infrastructure but their country club parents were sending kids off to Vietnam. My boomer dad had the same bitterness towards the Greatest Generation that Millennials have toward Boomers. when you really look into each decade, there's economic trouble in each. The 1960s was not a jobs boom era unless you wanted to work in a factory in the midwest, the 70s was stagnation, and by the 80s, those factory jobs were union busted by the Greatest Generation. by the 90s they were sent overseas.
