The cold hard truth is NOTHING is a good buy right now. MAYBE housing is, but literally nothing else. Crypto has zero hype ever returning to it (unlike the '22 crash which still had some hopeful bagholders hanging around), stocks are near bubble burst, precious metals turned into another pnd scheme, businesses have outrageously expensive overhead, etc.
