I've been a BDR in SaaS and IT for 4 years (3.5 in SaaS and 0.5 in IT). I'm 33 and I haven't been promoted or been able to get my foot in the door for any Account executive or account manager roles. How over is it for me?
Is it even possible to switch careers into something else if it means it pays more and has a more prestigious title? Or should I continue to try applying for AE/AM roles?
Anyone else in sales here? Pls no bully
