>>62432176>$300 left in the bank>$12k CC debtSO, you have months 1 (one) worth of repayment on hand?Bankruptcy it is - it'll be a relief.
why were you buying things you couldn't afford on credit?
learn fpv drone and go for the high score
>>62432199how do i do this? my credit score is still 762 even though I've been making minimum payments the last 2 months. i thought it went down but i just looked it up it's still 762 vantage score>>62432282I had 12months emergency fund saved up, dropped down to rice+beans last 3 monthsthe $12k is mostly interest on rent (bilt card)its over i have nothing lefti can't even work for amazon because of my injuryi still have 2 months until my court case even gets heard >>62432226i just looked up bankruptcy why does it cost $3000?
>>62432176>resume gaplie, you idiot
>>62432794start smoking crack to cope with your situation, if you feel bad then just smoke more.
>>62432794>just looked up bankruptcy why does it cost $3000?Notta Burger desu m8, can't advise on your exact best course of action but:https://www.nfcc.org/faqs/- puts cost of both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 at around $300? Regardless, you NEED TO speak to them, they can advise your best course of action, once they know your circumstances. And if you only have $300, you don't have any fucking choice, being honest. Otherwise you are just staring at months of stress ahead before you have to do it anyway. Remember how often Trump went bankrupt, and it may be a repayment plan at reduced rate or repayment holiday, if expecting a court settlement, will be your best option. Doing nothing will be your worst tho, carpe diem. gl to you.
>>62432851OP, listen ignore this man's advice and start smoking crack
>>62432176what's your degree? for reference so I can avoid it
it’s always “health issues” with you fucking unemployed retards
>>62432176OP talk to a debt agency that helps consolidate the debt. When the creditor asks what you can pay, tell them you are out of work and can swing maybe $40 a month. They will counter with $200 or something higher and tell them maybe you could borrow money to make it $60 a month. Tell them you are unemployed and can't find a job and go on and on about your troubles. Then hire a credit repair agency to fix your credit score if you care to. Do what Nick Rochefort and Sam Hyde talk about but do not deliberately max higher credit spending, just get out from where you are. It unironically works. Do not take the first offer they give you. Literally talk for 10 minutes in an emotionally convincing way about your hardship. Fuck credit card companies to Hell and all extreme interest rate usurious vampires. It is ABSURD people need to borrow at fucking 20-30%.
