get insurance, the study is super cheap if you have the right insurance, and then make sure to look for any stipulation that you have to keep the insurance plan or use the machine a specific amount of time. If you are clean and maintain it the replacable parts are pretty cheap and the machine itself will run forever

Try this:
>no eating for at least 3 hours before bed
>no alcohol
>limit caffeine intake, and don't have any after noon.
>no screens for at least 30 minutes before bed
>keep lighting low at night
>keep room temp below 70
>use black out curtains
>sleep on your side, or elevate your bed if you absolutely must sleep on your back
>use a nasal dilator or nose strips to increase airflow
>hum for about a minute before bed; it increase nitric oxide and relaxes airways
>change your sheets regularly, make sure you don't have mold in your room
>replace your pillow if it's more than 2 years old
>be consistent about all of this for 3 weeks
