Then your lender or bank can issue a balance to that satoshi along with various levels of identification, deeds, titles, etc. The satoshi you hold will operate like an NFT with all your personal data and accounts stored onchain. The banks will have contracts with counterparty miners to process customer transactions. Some banks may even mine their own transactions, if they win one block once a week or so they can settle every transaction for the week in one block. SPV ensures we can operate as if the transaction has completely settled, so the settlement can happen at a later date.
