I'm seriously considering becoming a male nurse.
>>62449420Do it unironically. Good pay and you get laid a lot.
>>62449420DIS NIGGA A MURSE
>>62449423What is it like working with women? I only did trades and factory
>>62449420One of the most miserable zobs out there lmao
>Wagie, I shit my pants. CLEAN IT UP!
>>62449438The suicide rate is below average. 30% of trades. It has to be ok
>>62449437Nurses are some of the most vindictive and petty people I've ever had the displeasure of working with.
>>62449453Suicide rate is low because it’s women
>>62449488Male suicide rate
Try become nurse for the brown, they would not yell at you>>62449420
>>62449420Are you Ben Stiller?
>>62449420its the most in-demand field in the US but it won't be luxurious.
>>62449420you need to have a particular mindset about seeing gore everyday. I couldn't do it, sticking catheters in blood penises and seeing car crash victims. it's demoralizing.
>>62449765>seeing car crash victims. it's demoralizing.Only when they're white
>>62449420Perpetrating the spic/nig cycle? Grim.
>>62449420Are you gonna squat Squatting Every Day and change your name to Ivan too?
>>62449765 I won't do nursing where I have to do catheters or emergency care. There are different types of jobs from my research. I'm not very good with people is my concern. I am quiet and the last time I was around women was high school and they hated me or ignored me. I am competent and smart. I could probably become just as good of a nurse in a few months if they let me but the lowest common denominator dictates that I do 4 semesters of college to gain entry. This is a concern too. I am likely to be as smart as doctors and physicians. This has caused me a lot of trouble in trades.
>>62449445Yeah>>62449945You are not smart. You are better in fields with Logik and worse in fields of interacting. It balances out to average. Get that mindset off.
>>62449468I’m sure you have no personality disorders at all yourself.
Look into respiratory therapy or radiation technologist.Easy money, only three 12 hour shifts a week with opportunity for overtime, job security, and work anywhere in the country. Only downside is that there isn't much career paths compared to nursing. The school and first 2 years will be hard but its easy work with good pay depending on your hospital.
>>62451261I did respiratory and 8 years into the field I'm still barely being selected for "entry" level jobs. The field is impacted and the schools churn out hundreds of graduates and new RTs a year for the 10 jobs that get posted every winter. If I did it over again, I suppose I would've done Nursing: a hospital may only need 10-20 RTs a shift but hundreds of Nurses. If you are going the Respiratory route, just temper your expectations: you are most likely going to work in a SNF or Homecare/DME company for the first 5 years before landing something substantial unless you're willing to do travel assignments and relocate. The only reason I did Respiratory is because the school I went to literally set you up to pass and prepared you well; I'm not that self-motivated when it comes to schooling nor am I very smart but if you are I would strongly suggest Nursing then look into forwarding into an NP. That being said, I'm much more self-motivated these days and after enough time in the field, am seriously considering going back to school and becoming a Doctor if I can qualify with my grades..
>>62449420Kind if a shitty and sometimes dangerous job, but also you get access to prime pussy. But they're almost always evil or crazy. It's a mixed bag.Hourly shift work a/ time and a half ain't bad though. I know nurses making $95k working 3x12 hr shifts.
>>62449945>I am likely to be as smart as doctors and physiciansWhat does this mean? You think you will have the similar medical knowledge with only a 4-year degree?
>>62449945Doctors aren't usually that intelligent, anon. Medical school selects for rote-memorization and algorithmic thinking.
>>62449437>I did tradesWhat field? Get into hvac controls or some shit. You can work alone most of the time, little to no micromanaging, get a company vehicle/phone, and not have to work graveyard shifts. I do commercial service but I work with controls guys. It pays well too, especially if you go union. Not all trades are bad.If you insist on going into the medical field, do imaging tech or some shit like that. Don’t do bedside services or else you will kys
Good field for meeting hoes desu. You’ll drown in pussy if you aren’t autistic. Some of the male patients will make fun of you but who cares right.t. Worked in a 95% female doctors office
>>62451412I don’t have it but some anon way back when made a perfect post describing medical girls as “turbo women”. They’re the chicks who went into motherly caretaking fields because their instincts are cranked up to 11. They’re all insane and they’re gigahorny.
>>62451212I'm tired of industrial environments. Being exposed to life threatening injury and chemicals. Working alongside insecure angry men. My livelihood depending on the whims of a politician while globalism siphons it away.
>>62449420I’m 42…I’ve been an accountant for 15 years and I just don’t know if I can stand to do this for another 30 years…but I feel too old to start over now. Fuck my life and fuck this gay earth.
>>62449420Good, its a job that its demand, pays well, and is generally respected by most people. Much better option that falling for the >tech degreememe
>>62451515This is an excellent description. They're all like estrogen-maxxed.
>>62451706Had a classmate in his 40s who was a accountant. I asked him why the sudden career change. His answer was he wanted to work with electronics. He graduated and I end up dropping out of the program. That was more than a decade ago.
>>62449423This is bait. Don't do it.
>>62449945IQ is cope, retard
>>62449420I also thought about it, but i dont like working with people. I could consider it only if the pay was worth it, but it isnt that great and if ever will, they are already be plenty of nurses anyway.
>>62449423It gives you access to plenty of women, so increases the chances of success.
>>62449445Fucking kek
>>62451438Sure, most nurses think so, until SHTF and they come with shat pants trembling asking for orders. Scared to do only what doc explicitly writes in a note. Memorizing might be the bread and butter in med school. Picking a maybe-good, bad, and straight to jail decision in a whim, is the essence of clinical practice. LLMs eased it a lot but they perform like 96% ...4% of the time you still risk the jailtime, or malpractice. And some of the decisions are made without having a time to grab a phone
>>62449468>the most vindictive and petty peopleYeah they're mostly women
>>62452116Lmao nigga most doctors don’t work in the ICU or emergency room.
>>62449420Good.Respectable and needed Work. The era of keyboard clackers is over.
Jobs in healthcare are like the only jobs not affected by the horrible job market. I doubt you'd struggle to find a job as an RN. Pay is also good and if you're working overtime you'll make incredible money. Travel nursing is kinda dead though and really only worth doing if you live in a pretty poor area or travelling is seriously something you want to do Like people said it's a tough job though, you're on your feet for 12 hours a day, work with literal shit, see death all the time, will get some aggressive patients, and worst of all most of your coworkers will be women. Also, as a guy you'll be expected to work with the heavy patients, so start lifting fatass
>>62449420>>62449423>>62449436>>62452260>>62452337I'm in a 1 year LPN programme, should i consider then bridging it to a 2 year RN? BTW frogfren OP consider an LPN, only a 12 month programme
>>62452386RNdo not do LPN work, its absolute bottom of the barrel and you will be miserable.
>>62452386Definitely, it's just 2 more years of education for a much higher pay, though balancing work and school would be tough, nursing school is really demanding. At least in America, nursing schools offer accelerated LPN-to-RN programs that take like 12-18 months too, so it might not even be 2 years
>>62452417Thanks>>62452419you mean another 12-18 months on top of the 1 year of LPN school i am doing right now? its worth it, in your opinion? I am not too worried about pay but this probably will change when I have more expenses in my life. I fucked around for awhile and only just now realized like >>62452337 says that healthcare is likely the best path for stable and nonretarded employment (went to school for two years for history...i guess it was fun though so whatever)
>>62451449I do commercial HVAC and it’s comfy af. I hardly ever have to work with, or report to, anyone. Close to 15 years in so far. I wouldn’t trade that in for any type of office gig, or even worse, working in healthcare. I service hospitals and smaller healthcare centers so I see how it is on the inside. Everyone seems miserable from dealing with the same shit everyday. Fuck that
>>62452502there is something to be said about changing locations regularly even if doing hard work
I finished half of a full time nursing program. While doing it I worked as a nursing assistant at a hospital 2 days a week. I also was interested in the money and left to get an accounting degree. I think I can give a little advice that may help.>lots of people there had very strong reasons to be there (my mom got cancer!, stuff like that) and if you don't it will be harder to stick with it>my program if you failed two classes you were out, which I did, but mainly because I hated the place (note I had the best grades of the class first set of classes)>nursing care plans are totally ridiculous (like 100% women logic and batshit crazy with things like you can't use medical dx or tx (that's diagnosis or treatment)>the grading system makes it harder (we needed 75% or higher for all classes). If there are 3 exams for a class (the first is easy, the second hard and third impossibly hard), so you have to study your ass off for the easy exam to get as close to 100% as possible. The same amount of studying will get you an 85% on exam 2 and a 65% on exam 3. Congratulations you got an 83% average! I wish I knew this when I started. >so much shit I can tell you (like buy white underwear, cause hospital lights make any other color visible with white pants).

>>62452766Yeah that definitely gives girls the ick. Kek imagine crawling like some gimp slave. Yuck
>>62449436Underrated postAlso Murse’s are bros, so unironically they have no nurturing skills.
>>62452777CHECKED. They wipe old man's shitty assholes and stick them with needles then flick their bean to it later at home. They also sleep with all the doctors.
>>62449420You can easily make $100/hr and have all your student loans forgiven so basically free college
>>62449420Don’t fall for the murse scam OP. The novelty of working with women wears off QUICKLY
>>62452613The dynamic work environment is nice. Some techs actually don’t like it and they end up leaving to go work for some property management company basically doing PM work for a building. >>62452766We are mostly large commercial / industrial, so no attics or crawlspaces.
>>62452799Bitter incel vibes. Nurses get rich while you seethe in poverty
>nurseDude the worse woman i meet is nurse in the workplace.
>>62449420>a male nurse.Pays well
>>62453116Nice. I was thinking if I ever was to start over again I’d do either HVAC or elevator maintenance. What does your usual day look like?
>>62453787>>62451332this right here will make or break your medical career and it's not much different as a Respiratory Therapist. The female nurses WILL call you for every single inconvenience, they WILL call you and make you leave the department to come back to the floors to suction a patient (despite being trained and completely capable of doing so themselves), they WILL expect you answers to every beck-and-call for a simple desat that will OF COURSE resolve itself with repositioning and by the time you get there, and NO, you can't tell them off because they're women, extremely petty, vindictive, and shrewd, and the one time they DO call "wolf" and there's actually an issue, it will be ALL YOUR FAULT because you didn't take it seriously
>>62453818> suction a patientThat sounds disgusting. I'm ok with blood and needles but I don't want to do that. Maybe I shouldn't be a nurse
>>62454010the worst you get as a nurse is oral suction and generally what I'm referring to. You typically don't deep tracheal suction patients unless you're an RT or work in the ICU. It honestly sounds worse than it really is and typically why I get frustrated getting called to the floor from the department for a patient that simply needs oral suctioning. Overall, it's not that bad
>>62453818Are you crying because your job requires effort?
i think id rather fix the hospital equipment than the bullshit i work on, but fuck working on people
>>62454140yesI deserve to be paid a overly substantial sum of money for my (lack of) effortI deserve to be compensated handsomely for merely existing and being forced to inhabit this corporeal plane with being lesser than myself
>>62449420I'm seriously considering becoming a male prostitute
>>62453812Every company will have their own set up but where I’m at, we are assigned contracts to manage (PM / repairs / service calls if we are available), so we have a lot of flexibility with our schedule. I set up my schedule so I always have something to do and if I ever get caught up with my work, I’ll take a service call from the office. It’s pretty chill. We also have departments for everything, so I don’t have to do pipefitting, sheet metal, installs, controls. If you ever get into this, I would try to avoid those types of places that lump everything together because it can wear you outFrom what I hear, elevator mechanics make good money and it’s an highly specialized field. There really isn’t that many different manufactures out there as well, so you see a lot of the same stuff which is nice. I’m not mechanically inclined so I never tried to get into it myself.
>>62449420Enjoy dealing with piss, shit, vomit, blood and old people in pain.
>>62449420How can a male be a nurse? Do you have man boobs? Can a baby suckle your teats? Or are you going to make the baby suck your dick?
>>62449423This, you can even rape women while their in a coma like we do in India.
>>62454862>>62454864>are you going to force babies to suck your dick?>are you going to rape coma patients?>hehe I’m IndianShalom rabbi
>>62451332>That being said, I'm much more self-motivated these days and after enough time in the field, am seriously considering going back to school and becoming a DoctorAll the older doctors I've met usually stop their children from going to med school because (assuming you're in the US) insurance companies eat all the margins and refuse to pay for anything. A big advantage of nursing is that you're not responsible for billing or malpractice insurance which are destroying physicians.
>>62454761Don't you wear a mask and you can't smell that stuff?
>>62449420Excellent choice.Big earner, excellent benefits, non-replaceable, can transport the job to any civilized country on earth. Side bonus, a fine selection of good earning chicks as well, and tbe opportunity to advance to pretty technical stuff for free and get paid more.$180k or so, double up and get rich -- pick a hoe and it's your own fault as always. Dunno why more people don't do this, it leaves you with a shit ton to invest.
>>62456222Checked. How is the shit and piss situation?
>>62454862Always interesting to see what goes through the 'mind' of a brown person kek.Why would a female nurse suckle someone else's child? All brown people and jews should be forced to leave North America, you creatures are fucking gross retarded biohazards kek
>>62456228Meh. Only retards stay in Medicine more than a year. Keep moving and learning new shit and life is beautiful, and you will never seriously worry about money again. Gives you the opportunity to retire set and wealthy at 55Do the work anon, be comfy the rest of your life
>>62449423Unless your chad you will just get treated as their gay best friend at best or get mocked for being ugly.
>>62456236>All brown people and jews should beLmao, the absolute state of white incel loser,,,,,crying on incel blogs instead of taking action
>>62457571look at all these retards and their shiny rock collections,,,,,lmao
Imagine being a medic or nurse in the civil war. Like what did they do? Spit on gash wounds? Do you think there were medics and nurses that worked for the North who travelled with the infantry to the south to fight and then when a northern solider was bleeding out and dying that any of them said, “that’s what you get for trying to kill white people for black people.”
>>62449420the play is start a gynecologist practice and you take all the hot patients, give the ugly/fat/old ones to the indian doctor
