>>62451970long ago. no one gives me anything worthwhile despite the degree or experience. wow another low paying job? no thanks*proceeds to trade stocks and options profitably*I just hope I can get rich. Failure means Im forced to take those jobs that HR claims to have "great upward mobility in the company!"cool show me how many of the 100 employees under this 1 manager got promoted to the upper role that only 20 employees have and all 20 have been there for 10+ years and are 50+
>>62451970yea ive been looking for 13 monthsits so fucked up i cant even get mcwage min wagie jobs either.
Yeah I stopped looking almost a year ago now. It's just not worth the fucking time when every job interview is a major time-sink that goes nowhere and filling out an application is like throwing your effort into a black hole. I have to say, we somehow invented the absolute worst way possible of placing able workers into any kind of employment. I don't know how you could possibly make it worse, outside of cartoonishly ridiculous shit like requiring applicants to do funny circus tricks like balancing on a tight rope with a unicycle.
>>62451991>>62452532>>62452726what field?
>>62452726Get a $20 month Claude subscription and have it guide you into you being able to guide Claude into writing software for filling out these applications and sending them automatically.
>>62451970>>62452532>>62452726this is what you get for not getting into an ivy league university>>62453105>into writing software for filling out these applicationspeople already did this in 2023
>>62452726So now you just cry for free basically filling out white incel applications over and over telling your sob story for (yous)
>>62453163For all you know, everyone that did this became employed through it.
>>62453171Yeah
>>62451970Yep. But I'm retired, so...
>>62452726Hey, you can easily make it worse. Here are couple of things I just came up with on the spot:An application fee that covers your interviewer's salary AND the company's lost income due to them interviewing you. Say, $5-10k per interview round.A downpayment to pay for your onboarding and training, to compensate the company's resources until you start bringing in more than your salary. $100-200K for an average position, millions for higher ups.
