What the fuck are these people smoking
>>
I thought these firms hired from elite institutions that have smart people, it's quite confusing. This is what comes out of the minds of Harvard/Princton/Yale?
>>
>>62475480
no smoking, it's all about Zyns now
>>
>>62475663
cringe desu
>>
>>62475480
you don't understand the game
optimistic analysts get invited to earnings calls and parties and optimistic analyst's banks get invited to do the IPOs since big numbers much wow everyone gets rich
pessimistic/cynical (e.g.: honest) analysts don't get invited to parties because nobody wants to hear about how spacex is being valued on a cocaine fueled hooker orgy driven bender and nobody wants honest valuations because the point is fleecing retail
IPOs are always dogshit for retail and the companies you want to invest in are private (e.g., spcx at $100m mcap not $1t mcap) and if you are doing a trade and you don't know who the sucker in the room is the sucker is you (this also applies to prediction markets)

>smart minds
>investment banking

The latest craze on Wall Street is inserting Zyn pouches up the anus. They call it Zynal, booty zyn, reverse zyn, zyn plug, backdoor pouch, and rectal rizz, fr fr the zynal is straight bussin no cap.
>>

This. People who take IB predictions seriously are way too naive to be playing around in financial markets, lmao
>>
Scary stuff. This is precisely why we need regulations.
Imagine if these coked up perverts had carte blanche with no oversight, they'd go all in on hype stocks with everyone's pension money and there would be nothing you could do because your money would be locked in until retirement age.
>>
>>62475480
BUY MY BAGS GY
>>
>>62475480
ten trillion dollars? Lmao these people are retarded
>>
they have bags to unload
>>
>>62478007
I genuinely can't tell if this is a joke or not, well done
>>

No matter how homosexual you personally would become over the years of spending your free time on /gif/ and jerking off to traps, no straight man would discuss shoving anything up his ass with another straight male. Hope that helps. Please refrain from participating in any of the threads until you get some common sense
>>

>Price targets
Have these ever, ever been accurate for any company?
>>
>>62479621
they're not typically this outright delusional
>>
>>62479600
>>62479606
I'll meet you fellas in the restroom in 5 minutes for a zyn plug then we can get back to our Bloomberg terminals and dab on retail trades and 401ks
>>

>This is what comes out of the minds of Harvard/Princton/Yale?

Lmaobetween abandoning standardized tests, DEI recruiting and Chinese faking applications there's a huge amount of dead weight in the last 20 years
>>
price analyst is unironically less useful of a job then HR.
>>

If SpaceX manages to build the infrastructure to a moon and or mars base then you can x10000 the bottom price target.
IF they manage that the growth potential is infinite
>>
>>62479971
SpaceX isn't going to mars anytime soon, if ever
>>
how do you analyze a stock price target?
you just make up random margins and plug in some random numbers in the model your heart sees fit and boom, 10T marketcap?
how do I apply to these jobs
seems ez money desu, maybe time to quit mcdonalds fry station

They're just PUMPING their bags lmao. Did you noticed that Tesla is stuck on that 450-350 range since years ago?
>>
>>62479971
there's nothing on the moon or mars that we want, and the infrastructure to send resources back to earth is astronomically expensive
>>
>>62475658
Why do you assume they arent knowingly deceiving you?
>>
>>62475480
>a stock exists
>be an analyst
>run your stock pricing model
>throw in a little custom formula you made
>actually guys the stock is going to be worth $10 trillion because of something that I think will happen
>>
>>62475658
They are smart, this is a great con to run on the people. As always, everyone else who buys into the scam will end up as the bagholder.
