I was looking into this and actually did some reasearch, turns out its not that nice because all the "good" spots are taken and maintenance is too ass. The only way to make it work is to sell something unordinary and gimmicky but then you gotta repace the items as people bore out of them

Get one of the ones that go in a hotel that require a room key to swipe and have it out in the hallway. You will make thousands scamming low IQs thinking they can steal it all.
