I wish I worked for a three letter agency desu. I guess I should say like, when a coworker was injured or steamy favors for promotions. Something in that realm.

When I worked for a shipping company ten years ago. The operater was pressed for time and instead of following safety guidelines. He shimmied up a web wall and tried to unhook it only for him to misstep. He fell down and twisted his knee, after everything was said and done. He pulled me to the side and told me that I was destined for greater things and to leave the shipping company.

Nah, I'm as dark as black hole. I have another one. I used to work at this sandwich shop and the owner was chill at first. Then he started to slowly push the envelope until one day he pulled me to the side and told me that if put up a help wanted sign, their would be a line going around the block for work. I was inexperienced and felt fear. Then he would schedule me from 12pm Sunday to 6am Monday and back at 1pm to work until 11pm on the same Monday. I ended up quitting after a month.

Saw someone buy chainlink once.
>>
>>62479043
And how do you do today? That operator sounds like a kind guy
>>
>>62479161
Chainlink is a great investment if you don't care about your money and want to fund the lavish lifestyle of a Russian man

The bottom 90% being part of the lower class is pretty grim.

It is terrible for the bottom 90% right now.

>Working for a heavy equipment manufacturer
>New engineer starts
>Young Asian foid
>Giving her a tour around the factory
>See her doing something really stupid
>Trying to close a +100kg door by pinching her fingers around the edge and gingerly swing it shut
>Tell her to not do that, and instead put her palm on the outside and push it firmly
>Months pass
>I go to a new company
>Hear news that a young engineer at my old company lost 4 fingers after they were crushed in a door

Why don't they ever learn? The kind of idiotic shit that I see from other engineers really makes me doubt the worth of my profession. Just the other day I genuinely had to teach a Pakistani that bolts come in different lengths, and that "M6" doesn't tell you how long it is.

Sorry Chief, I do not glow.

Story #3

Work relationships

I used to work for a company that hired a bunch of young people during the pandemic. An unintended consequence happened to be that they would hook up. One day s couple who was all lovey dovey suddenly turned into a couples quarrel in the middle of rush hour. The guy got fired while the woman was given a warning. Come to find out that she has also been sleeping with a manager and that's why she wasn't fired. That was my first taste of sexism.

fair enough. I work in heavy industry. One time a buddy of mine was checking out a VFD. He puts a meter set to 110v on the blades for a 440v VFD. Sounded like a shotgun blast and threw him about 15 feet across the room. Flashed like lightning lighting up the whole building. It broke his safety glasses and melted his meter but he was fine because gloves and good boots. It flashed between the meter leads.

Another time we had a loader operator back into a gas line, accidentally filling a huge steel building with gas. Something sparked it and the entire building exploded with a mushroom cloud. Instantly leveled the building. However it was a building we were supposed to tear down so no damage was done. But he got fired anyways for the safety violation. It was an accident so they fired him.

I have a bunch of other even spicier stories but they're under an NDA. Crazy stuff is always happening in industry. A lot of it can't be legally discussed with the public for various reasons.

5 years ago I was looksmaxxing and turned myself into 9. I worked at a grocery store to help pay for my college education. The store manager was a hot 30 something MILF with a nice round ass and big tits and she took a liking to me. We started fucking regularly and found out she was a demon in the sack. I was fucking her at her house while her husband was at work and the kids were at school. I was facefucking her facial abuse style, giving her balls deep creampies, ass to mouth, the whole works. One day we got too adventorous and we fucked in the woman's bathroom next to the lunchroom and a coworker later saw us both come out. We both got fired and I never saw her again

I have a stupid story and the reason it's stupid is because I am the person involved.

One of my coworkers needed a ride to the airport and neither of us had a car. So he asked me to drive him using a company car to the airport. I didn't mind because we were cool. I dropped him off and instead of taking the vehicle back to work. I drove home and took a nap.

My boss called me and I told a white lie to save face. He growled at me by saying that he could have me arrested for stealing company property and to return the truck.

I ended up returning the truck and an hour or two later he called me asking where's the truck and I answered truthfully. At first he didn't fire me then called back 20 minutes later and laid it on thick by firing me which I took like a champ.

I was depressed for two days and then started applying for different jobs. He called me and told me what I did was irresponsible and that I can never do that again. He hired me back and I never did anything as stupid like that again.
>>
Safety-critical engineering as an industry likes to hire fresh college grads to sign off on testing it because they don't understand it enough to take their time and do a thorough job and then you can fire them if something goes wrong
>>
>>62483746
Sounds like any industry that tries to shift the blame on green workers who end up developing bad habits to keep their jobs.

It's depressing because in this day and age if you don't have connections anywhere, you'll suffer when employment

i worked for some jews once they were doing all kinds of illegal shit. but the police wouldnt touch them because they were jews. they would murder people and rape them for fun and it wouldnt even get on the news because the government helped them cover it up.
>>
>>62484493
Sounds weird but can you elaborate?
>>
>>62479019
I'm a 3rd worlder.
I once invested like 3k in a stock that was a "falling knife", and ended up losing about 99% of that.
I've also bought professional certs that I didn't use. and I've bought stuff that I have no use for (a car, solar panels, ...).
I was born poor, and this is quite a lot of money in my country.
>>
>>62486154
just all kinds of rape, pedophilia and kidnapping. nothing anyone could do because they owned all the government and police. it was really quite eye opening
>>
I had to work with poors for a year as a condition of parole and still have olfactory hallucinations of them.
>>
>>62482917
Yeah I had a boss that got fired and then hired back and demoted for something similar. He took a company vehicle home for the night. They were looking for a reason to fire him so I think he was being followed. But supposedly someone who used to work for the company just happened to see him taking the vehicle home and photographed it. Pretty sure the dude was a private detective but whatever.

Right now I'm a manager for a delivery company and when I first got the promotion. It was myself, five other new managers, and 4 other vet managers. Two of the new managers got caught stealing a 5 dollar extended socket and were shit canned. One was always messing up and blaming other people and when they were getting retained. Would blame the trainer for things she should have been doing. another new manager was addicted to drugs and alcohol to the point his work ethic was complete shit. Another new manager left the company for greener pastures and is part of another company that the owner has. One of our OPs stepped down due to high stress.

As of right now it's 2 OPs, 1 vet, and a manager from my original training group plus myself running the company.

Thier were times that the company was doing poorly and now that we have whittled down the Chiefs. The companies performance is through the roof.
>>
>>62487333
To add: the company didn't get better because of less management but moreso I had to prune the "bad apples". In the last two weeks I've had to fire eight people for performance and calling off plus damaging the fleet.

there was this time i bought a bunch of ssns on the darkwebz and used them to claim covid stimulus checks
