It will somehow eventually be able to support enough space to upload pictures. then once people upload CP on it the media will simultaneously dig up all those weirdo tweets he made defending CP

also eventually Ethereum will grow so large that only corporate datacenters will be able to run nodes and they will basically just shut it down afterwards

You can already upload pictures. Calldata costs 16 gas per byte so calculating from that your 440 KB picrel would cost around $1.50.

It's growing pretty fast right now but there's changes like state expiry and stateless nodes coming. https://ethereum.org/roadmap/statelessness Even if they're delayed for years the hardware cost for a node will only go up like 50 dollars per year (~500GB per year, one time change from 2TB recommended minimum to 4TB) which is far from "only corporate datacenter".
>>
hold on, why aren't people already uploading CP there if there aren't any checks?

They will

this is completely out of character for homonymous, why not cause drama for cryptotards

history pruning is already a thing, staking nodes can pretty much ignore every block before the merge. i am currently at around 2.2 TB on my node, but I am not using the most aggressive pruning setup. there are active staking nodes that run on geth and nethermind with a 2TB disk.
