After a few questions about token vs company. The network works fine at $8. The company get paid in fiat. Sergey may share a percent of that revenue to OG token holders as reward (not 100%) because OG funding the company however the reward would be not big enough to attract buyers aka increasing in price. What’s your thoughts?
>>62482636My thoughts are that we're going to keep you in a cage at the yacht party and poke you with sticks for fun.
>>62482636We dont discuss price. Were in it for the tech
>>62482636Even if the token goes to $0 and the globohomo nuconomy future runs on chainlink nodes paid in fiat it helps me sleep at night knowing that Sergei will give me an extra spacious pod and a double ration of bug rations when he sees that I've been staking LINK for 30 years without selling.
>>62482636>gay fat faggot nigger chiming in talking about the ICO from a decade agoAll linkjeets must be executed with a bullet to the back of the skull over a ditch
Sar, we must trust Mr Sergey. Do not redeem the chainlink token and ask why the price is only 8 dollars and why Sergey constantly prints more tokens to dump on baggies to fund his HR harem.
>>62482636couldn't you ask why teh bankers weren't buying bitcoin back when it was $1? truth is not everybody has the vision or wants to accept the risk
Anyone with a brown ID is not welcome in this thread.
>>62482896The cucks of crypto.
>>62482726and then the glowies detonate the bomb
>>62482636Not surprising. The token price is 3x over-valued vs. actual revenues and fully subsidized to keep the findom wealth extraction play going from token holder cult members.
>>62482636>The network works fine at $8.The BTC and ETH networks worked fine at $0.5 too, xerpie.
if you join their gay dev discord and immediately start spamming about the price of the token, of course they're going to time you out. what is this, 2020?
>>62483237Bitcoin and ether were presented as currencies, Chainlink is a business.
>>62483565top cope
>>62482849This.
>>62482849>>62483607No, that's fuddies too with their "Link will only pump with real staking" bs
>>62483237Absolutely correct. And the funny thing is, XRP is way worse in this regard than LINK. Even if the token never increases in price, with LINK it's possible to get a share of the network's revenue by staking or running a node. No matter how tiny, you will be able to share in the network's success through these avanues. The ONLY WAY for someone to make money off of the XRP network is by holding the token and hoping it appreciates in price. Nodes don't get paid, and there is no way for holders to stake. In other words, every last cent of revenue flowing through XRP is siphoned off directly into Ripple Labs' coffers. According to verbose cripplet this is a feature not a bug, but I don't think eating Ripple's shit and thanking them for it is such a smart move. Especially when this guy then turns around and opens his shit covered mouth to tell you you are actually the one getting shitblasted by LINK. A disgusting fellow to be honest with you.
>>62483627>every last cent of revenue flowing through XRP is siphoned off directly into Ripple Labs' coffers.Literally.They quite literally sell XRP to fund their shareholders.
>>62483636I'm not saying Chainlink Labs is much better in that regard, but at least they are *somewhat* better. You get a tiny bit of profit sharing via staking, they set up the reserve thing, they tried the BUILD rewards, they actually pay their nodes etc. What do cripplets get? Literally nothing. It's insane when you think about it, and even more insane that there are enough of them to keep XRP at a $70B valuation
>>62483643Can we get an update on the build rewards, reserve thing, and staking? lmao Ripple sales go towards a business that actually develops XRP's corporate case. Chainlink just dump on you and then leave you behind in abandoned promises and repurposed projects which they tweak to steal from you GRT style.
>>62483643>I'm not saying Chainlink Labs is much better in that regardChainlink isn't just "much better" in terms of the conflict between stock and tokens, Chainlink doesn't have any conflict at all between them. Chainlink doesn't trade its private equity, it effectively doesn't have any relevance to anyone except internal accounting.
>>62482636You got banned for price discussion. They have been autistic about that since day 1. Even when it was $50 per link.
>>62483786There is just as much evidence that Ripple is using token sales to develop the product, as there is for LINK: zero. Investing in either company requires trust, and after careful consideration I've come to the conclusion that investing in XRP requires significantly more trust.

>>62483636>>62483643>>62483819>>62484070free tip for chainlink employees and advocates: you'd be better off steering clear of xrp discussion. you people aren't very likeable and therefore any attempts to convince retail holders to stop holding xrp and instead buy link will just backfire on you and further push people away. your cult has negative charisma so it's better to just remain completely professional and leave it alone. you sound like whiny liberals when you talk about "battling misinformation". but instead, you make arguments like "well all the other companies do the same thing", and you don't realize how bearish that is for attracting new buyers. you are essentially admitting there is nothing unique or appealing about your shitcoin. and while that is definitely true, the goal is to fool new people into thinking otherwiseso you should focus solely on chainlink. just my two cents.

>>62484209I'm discussing similarities between XRP and LINK because I know it pushes verbose cripplet's buttons and I'm interested in hearing how his cognitive dissonance works. There are like 10 people here dudeposter, not sure what audience you think I'm trying to address. Thanks for the input though will certainly use it if I somehow end up working at Chainlink Labs.
