Every time I see the DRK mentioned here, it is always in a negative light.It is always>In the USA, wages are better!>In Europe, houses are cheaper!>The economy is underperforming!>My taxes are too high!There is never any mention of the fantastic benefits which come with life in the best Korea. The fantastic healthcare for minimal cost, the great education system available to everybody, the dynamic modern economy with many bustling sectors, and everything else.Taxes are higher than the USA but they are lower than most of Europe and we still enjoy fantastic public services whereas in America there are no public services or safety nets.Not to mention the things you cannot measure. Being able to walk the streets in safety without fear of gun violence and gangs. Enjoying the fantastic beautiful nature and gardens. Living in the historical majesty and balancing that with modern cosmopolitan qualities.The DRK might not be the best place to become rich but nobody is poor here and it is very easy to enjoy life if you have goals beyond the number in your bank account.
