Probably, as your window for having time to recover from higher risk gambles is closing rapidly, but you needed more than that in there by the time you are 39 for it to mean anything by retirement....

Anon you need to take bigger risks
Try VIGAX or VGT which are still diversified enough to avoid a single bankruptcy destroying them but earn much higher than VOO due to heavy tech focus
