That is how capital markets work in the US unfortunately. You are unable to purchase "risky" companies not vetted by exchanges and listed by brokerages unless daddy government decides you are fit to make choices for yourself. So VCs buy obvious AI plays for pennies and make 100000% and you are only allowed to buy their bags when they dump them (and forced to buy them with your retirement accounts passively when they are manipulated to be included in indices). Ripple (different from prior concept) talked about an IPO possibly but has not really given firm guidance on doing so yet.
