>mid and senior level job listings have retarded requirements
>look for similar jobs overseas
>similar jobs have reasonable requirements and salary is somewhat comparable
What the fuck is wrong with the American job market?

The US median is dogshit compared to the average. It really goes to show how much of an elitist shithole America is now.

Many people mistakenly believe that extreme wealth at the top artificially inflates "median" figures. Mathematically, this is impossible.
When people cite "median personal income" or "median salary" for "all earners," it is significantly dragged downward by part-time, seasonal, and temporary workers who work far less than 2,000 hours per year.

According to BLS data, more than one in five American workers (23.2%) work part-time (defined as fewer than 35 hours per week). When you look at the actual income gap between "all earners" and those who work "full-time, year-round," the drag effect becomes obvious:
The Takeaway: If someone quotes a U.S. "median income" in the low $40,000s to $50,000s, they are likely including teens working summer jobs, retail workers on 15-hour weekly schedules, and seasonal workers. For a standard, 2,000-hour-per-year career, the actual median baseline is significantly higher.

i work for a jew company in israel that supplies the resume checking AI that 90% of US companies use. basically we connected it to palantir and now it just discards most goyim resumes unless they strongly support israel.

those who bless israel will be blessed

Those requirements look light because we take it for granted that you know how to read and write properly.
American education is a meme for a reason.
