Is there anything explicitly illegal about what Elon and Space X did? Like we all know that everyone involved in the transaction knew that the company wasn't worth $1.75T, but is that illegal or just testing a dumb market?
>>62489039it's fraud
>>62489039Hehe
>>62489039>septum ringhorrible, really
>>62489074By what law in particular? How could this see a day in court?
>>62489089you are a smelly autist
>>62489296I asked AI, it would be under Section 10(b) and Rule 10b-5 of the Securities Exchange Act and Section 11 and Section 12(a)(2) of the Securities Act. But of course the IPO has a bunch of bylaws written into it to make litigation extremely difficult, because our system is gay and allows blatantly fraudulent activity to happen if it's written into the contract that no one reads
>>62489039maybe there's SEC fraud type allegations that could hold up? it's insane that they used a massively inflated valuation to siphon billions of dollars and then used that money to acquire Cursor and other OpEx...Basically used fraud to steal billions at the end of the day
>>62489039SEC could have stopped it but Trump is the golden age of grift for everybody
>>62489089It always looks like their noses are dripping with snot.
>>62489693I wonder if the SEC under the next admin would do anything
>>62489677Cursor and OpEx still had to accept being paid in SPCX monopoly money
