It historically hits enough that it is worth investigating, and

If enough people globally believe in it to move the market, reality otherwise doesn't matter.

There might be some people buying with a Uranus in Taurus or whatever, but the transit time for Hershel is like 7 years, for one thing. Also, most astrology is about current forces interacting with your natal chart, which is very personal. Make bets on the masses with the Moon, maybe, but not Hershel.
