Frens, I haven’t boughted since early November last year. I’m going to start buying gold again, although this time I will do more ETFs to avoid the premium. I already have plenty of physical.

No non-frens allowed in thread. This is a comfy only zone.

Post your pms so other frens can see

The only pic I have of some of my gold, part of my Swiss Francs collection. I don't have much more because I've exclusively been stacking silver for the past few years.

Glad for you, anon but why would you buy a rock you dig out off the ground for free?
>>
Here's my gold stack, slurping it as long as gold is under 5k
>>
>>62497091
Ok, gang, I'm in. I'll wait until it goes down before buying tough. Somewhere around year 2023 levels maybe
>>
For new stackers I'd recommend DCAing, we are all trying to buy while silver/gold is down but it can go lower, some of us want it to go lower and have various price targets where we start buying it by the wheelbarrow. 1-5 grams of gold or ounces of silver a month is fine to dip your toes into it and not be burned by a bear market.
>>
>>62497091
You guys are actually holding it still? I sold my 200oz almost a year ago now.

Are you all not planning to buy in the 2040s?
>>
>>62497292
Last bear market lasted 4 years, we are not seeing the cold war era markets ever again.
>>
>>62497293
Now that we are approaching nearly 1.5 trillion a year in interest payments those are going to get closer together still. Gold and silver are still the champs at manipulation when cash is needed.
>>
>>62497293
Let me guess, it'll be different this time?

Cool now show a picture of your care

Good advice

Physical PMs aren’t for flipping. They’re like insurance. Maybe if you desperately need some liquidity, I could see it, but otherwise you should just hold, hold, hold.
>>
>>62497388
Uh huh.
So how many kids do you have to pass your pm's to? Or are you just going to let them sit in a safe and post pictures online to feel good?

I have one daughter and my wife is taking a pregnancy test if she doesn’t get her period today, so MAYBE two. Were a bit nervous since it’s sooner than expected. But yes, passing it on is ultimately the idea if there’s never use for it. She can do what she wants with it.
>>
>>62497424
For your sake I hope that is true.
After all who would lie on the internet?

What’s your problem retard? Metals seem to bring out absolute malders

China is ending its gold trading markets at the end of the month. That’s the paper gold. It’s big news. It’s forcing 100% physical allocation in their new Hong Kong gold corridor.

They intend to combine it with their new interbank payments system for trade. Specifically trade imbalances. Most of the world has China as its largest trading partner. If the Chinese start insisting that those with deficits. Start settling even partially in gold. No more debasing infinity dollars or other FIAT for their goods and services. Then you can see how demand at their new gold hub. 100% physically settled. Could see nations having to accumulate gold holdings there for trade imbalances. Having to source real gold for their reserves there. Without the ability for paper gold. You can see what this might do for driving up the Yuan/Gold price. COMEX and LBMA would rapidly lose price setting power and confidence.

I think it’s July 24th. Keep an eye on it.

Dont you gold retards ever get tired of 100 schizo narratives just to get one pump per decade? This pipe dream is not only hilarious but completely ignores basic economics. But, muh ebil debasement, right? Dang ol' debasement!

I spent all my dry powder on silver when it went down in the 60s. Would love to get some gold, but bets I can do is a gram or two.

I do that all the time. It's become such a habit, second nature even, that I don't really realize it anymore.
