For the past three months, I’ve had a ton of people tell me that if I had actually retired at 27 and was comfortable, I’d be on vacation all the time instead of hanging out with them. “You would be on a beach somehow” is what tons of npcs say. My response has always been, “My life is a vacation.”I finally took a two-week vacation recently. And honestly? It felt like work. I knew beforehand that it probably would, but actually doing it confirmed it. Normies think vacations are the ultimate form of relaxation simply because everyday life is so stressful and retired people are on vacation somewhere every second. Normies must be so stressed every second. I tnink if your everyday life is already stress free, flexible, and genuinely enjoyable, a vacation can actually feel like more effort than just living your normal life.I’m curious whether this is a difference in perspective. Do vacations become less appealing the less stress you have in your day-to-day life? Or am I the odd one out?

I get what you mean by life feeling like a vacation, I recently went to a resort and was like, what's the point of this, it's the same as my house, what am I paying for?Vacations for me are better spent going to places to get experiences that you won't get at home, like this year I went to the Valley fo Kings in Egypt and went to Hawaii to go swimming with Manta Rays, those were very cool experiences that I will be able to remember the rest of my life.
he's a cleptoman judging by his hands
>>62499965> I recently went to a resort and was like, what's the point of this, it's the same as my house, what am I paying for?I don’t get how a resort can be comfortable. It is literally a place where people work lol. I think my perspective really changed once the wealth gap in society really really happened and noticeable. There really is “the workers” and the “non workers.” I can’t help but see it that way now. I go restaurant? There are people working there, the working class. I’m good, thanks. Why would I want to eat with those people working and being busy and hating their job while I am sitting and eating? Its fucking wierd. Yeah yeah I know tons of wealthy people eat out but honestly, I don’t like workers around me. >experiencesThat’s a personal choice. If you have a specific experience you want then go for it. But remember, you’re probably employing some stupid wagie. >>62499959That’s a picture of my current girlfriend.
>>62499965Like it is so annoying when the server is next to my table and the whole experience of interacting with workers is something I don’t like. Jobs are not jobs anymore and workers have lost all power and everyone knows it. I don’t want to interact with people who hate their lives.
>>62499965Then my uncle and aunt came to stay at my place for like a month on vacation, they weren’t here all month, they travelled to other places but left their stuff here and seeing them so busy doing vacations stuff for a month was also stressful. I was like wtf? THIS is what normies want? A life of endless vacation? I wake up at 2pm everyday and they would be out already. They even took like a 2 week tour while on vacation. I was like wtf.
>>62499965Normies are so stupid and talk so much shit while having 0 status. Even last night someone legit said “you would be on vacation” to me last night and another person said “get your money up bro.”These fucking peasants are legit slave class throwing shit.
>>62499965Like even when I watch movies at home, I get up like over 5 times to do random shit ams my theatre is next to my home gym. Interacting with the help is work now.
>>62499965I am also watching world cup on tv and do people really just pay money to sit in the sun for 3 hours?
>Do vacations become less appealing the less stress you have in your day-to-day life? 100%. I did the NEET thing while living comfy on unemployment and supplemented by family for a bit in my mid 20's, while living in a trendy neighborhood of a big city. At that point, travel seemed like a chore or disruption from my otherwise nice life. Exception being getting out into nature.
>>62499957>>62499975You do know that reverse image search exists, right? You literally just pulled this off some random Etsy. You fucking wish this was your girlfriend loser. Anyway now all your credibility is lost and it's obvious you are a larping faggot who should immediately kill himself. Why don't you go home and count your money? Ha yeah you don't have any money.
>>62500421Cool. You found her professional photography.
I've always hated vacations. I don't like spending all day at a beach either. Walking on the beach is nice, even a long walk, but I don't understand how people sit there all day. It's sandy and boring. By the way, I'm poor. Thanks for reading my frog blog.
>>62500421Got ‘em
>>62500548This. I prefer swimming, then chilling for a couple of hours before going back home. I don't get how people spend half a day there under the scorching heat.
>>62499957Video games > vacationsJust get a Switch 2
>>62499957maybe youre just shit at travelling?
yes, if you hate your job and/or spend 1hr+ a day staring at tailpipes and/or the work schedule isn't flexible enough
>>62499957Generally speaking yes, traveling is more stressful for me.
>>62501742Yeah probably. Simply needing to book a ride to the airport feels like work. Even driving to a restaurant feels like work. My life feels like living on a resort but without the wagies.
