>>62500695
if you sold this 'double top' you'd have missed the next leg up
>>
>>62500509
I had a mix of S&P500, CNR, and some A.I ETFs, I sold because I thought it was a bubble but Microsoft was trading at a P/E of 20 when I bought.

a 5% yield for a company growing profits at 20% and expected by analysts to continue into 2030 is a damn good deal imo.

>>62500579
Lmao if you did any research you would be buying Microsoft right now.
>>
But unironically, where do you think is the price going short-term? 440?
>>
>>62500855
I'm thinking $450 within a year from now.

Most of my money is in microsoft too. I started high and kept averaging down these last months. Last thursday I finally managed to sit in the green for the first time in a long time and it's a very awkward situation. Rationally it's a company with strong fundamentals and a very robust and rooted base, but every fiber in my body screams me to fuck off as soon as possible now that I still can. I want to wait until they sit at 450 but that could take fucking years at this point and I'd rather sell everything before the next recession truly hits the stock market and I lose months or even years of progress.

People are actually bullish on jeetsoft? Their current OS is so shit that NORMIES are switching to Linux.
>>
>>62502316
I'm confident on them managing to do a big squeeze one last time, but not much beyond that. I'm in until that happens or if I get into -5% profits or lower again.

>playing the game of the decade on a shitbox
i'll wait for it to release on pc so I can play it with 4k raytracing on my 5090

Were you influenced by me earlier this year? I’m MUmommy anon. Full ported into MU in January and was screaming at the top of my lungs in smg once we hit heavy turbulence. I remember some anon giving me (yous) saying that they should be doing shit like this. A $100k or more in a single stock.

No?
Then you are just gambling anon, if you don't have any exit strategy in place and you didn't do any extensive research.. You are better off going to a casino and playing blackjack.

Checking my ID get. Well I was there before GME went 50x. I’ve held crypto parabolas. PLTR saved my port in 2024-25 when it became a 30 bagger. So I started to ask myself, if I’ve held through all these huge moves, then wtf haven’t I made it yet? And I realized that there were a couple of problems. 1) I didn’t have enough initial exposure. You need to go in big to get paid out big. So at least $10-25k because $25k turning into a tenbagger is $250k. That’s enough to buy a house, whether or not you actually want one. 2) selling too soon, or just because you are up, or because you’re afraid it will fall. I should have sold 10% at a time every time I felt like selling. Keeps going up from there? Good, I still have more. Starts to fall? Good, at least I sold some at the top. I’ve learned you’re never going to sell the top, so selling all of it at once just makes sure you make a mistake.
Anyways MU looked like the ticket in January and it played out. Now, I’m not so sure. Things are very shaky. Maybe it is time for the hyperfaggers to shine, maybe it isn’t. But it’s not clear enough for me to go all in one of them. Good luck to you.
But if it actually starts falling, cut your loses and get out. You don’t want to become a baggie.

I think that's great. I bought like close to 50 shares at that about same price and we're doing good. Just don't get greedy when it goes to like 450 500 start selling off chunks taking profits moving them into safer broad index ETFs. But all the analysts seem to agree for what it's worth this things projections in the high 400 range to low 600 range.

Your feelings are right. Somehow you've gicen custody of your financial future to 1 (one) company. This is what economists and psychologists call "retarded". One reason I still visit /biz/ is because it is a comedic hurtbox of people who keep trapping their entire net worth in single stocks. This board attracts retards like shit attracts flies. Blind to risk at the time of purchase. Sunk cost effect kicks in at the drawdowns, and the human 'doubles down', because he 'is right'. Many such cases ... well, at least you're in Microshart. Could be worse. Others here choose to let their future be decided by single individuals like vitalik and sirgay. It's like a coinflip but worse. Diversification is not a meme. Risk aversion is not a meme. Your 'best company' can go -40% in a day because of circumstance. -30% in a day has happened to me many times. But when you have 80 conpanies instead of 1, that drawdown just gets written off and you can sell without emotion. Enjoy bagholding and begging for microsoft to perform. Or sell and diversify.

I took a quick 360 to 400 pump and dump, but only 2% port aside from what im already exposed to in etfs. All in is crazy but you can probably get out at 420 or higher within a few months
