From another thread promising the GREAT RETVRN™ of the golden bullrun, I had a thought

What if some anon made an amazon/eBay/etsy frontend that explicitly only takes crypto, with the selling point being automatic swaps to traditionally accepted ecommerce tokens (btc, ltc, eth, usdt, etc). Could be a way to spend shitcoin dust that you'd otherwise never sell.
Ideally I wouldn't want actual sales to go to any of those globohomo sites, but good luck starting up a new online storefront in current year. Xmr bazaar is rad, but will never get traction outside of people that know about xmr, which is already a severe minority.
Just thought I'd try to change up the board pace with an on topic thread for once

These pretty much always take PII so you'd need an already existing account that's already tied to your person anyway to log into the frontend. Then you'd have swapping fees and in the end it'd only lead to the frontend accumulating XMR while not aiding the circular economy at all.
So lots of risk, low usability, no real privacy benefit, furthering the chain of trust needed and is easily solved by gift cards which we already have available to us.
