I'm just trying to day trade and my broker shows 60% of todays profits got raped by wash sale rule. How can I avoid this bullshit?

Also doesn't your cuntry require a minimum of 25k cash or something and a registered business to day trade?

If you sell a stock for a loss you can’t buy it back for 30 days or that realized loss gets deferred and rolled into the gains you pocket if you buy back in at a better entry whenever you sell
