During the same period of time, Tipton had inserted malicious code into the Hot Lotto lottery system so that the random number generator would be compromised- on a handful of dates (which he coded in) the numbers selected would be predetermined. He then farmed this shit out and sold off a number of jackpots to people, relatives etc. He eventually got caught when he got lazy and tried to buy a winning ticket in person and security cameras at the convenience store caught him. He tried to claim the ticket anonymously using a Belize trust but investigators saw through that shit. He admitted to rigging at least a number of Hot Lotto jackpots.So my theory is that he rigged OK's Powerball system to allow for backdating. The balls get drawn, but then states usually take several hours to report whether or not anyone won the jackpot. 1. He cooperated with some CIA agent to rig it on a particular date (with some predetermined location/ticket time purchase)2. Someone goes and buys a dummy lottery ticket at that time3. The balls get drawn4. He edits the OK database to say that particular ticket was actually the winning digits5. Working with the CIA he provides the necessary equipment/knowledge to print a forged "new lotto" ticket. There are obviously cryptographic checksums on lottery tickets but with the proper hardware to print a fake ticket AND a spoofed database saying the ticket exists this is now possible 6. Cia hands off the fake ticket to whomever claims it for Epstein's zorro trust
