So the reason to buy Microstrategy was the high MNAV, which meant that Saylor could safely dilute the stock in fiat to increase the amount of bitcoin per share. But now the MNAV is under 1.0. All future stock sales will dilute the existing holders in both fiat terms and BPS terms. So why would anyone bother holding now?
