What the FUCK is with some of these people in the (remote) office who take ages to answer messages???There's some paperwork process I have to get the team through or else we're going to be delayed on a project and the people responsible for the process and taking other teams through the process don't fucking answer their messages in any detail or within a few minutes. They don't spell out the process. I keep telling them how important it is to get through this quickly and they barely show any urgency.And I just know that when my manager gets back he's going to use his normieness to get a meeting with these awful people and get them to bypass the process and I'll look like crap. And I am. Because bureaucracy is really about being enough of a giganormie to bypass all formal processes.
