Why does America reward investors far more than it rewards workers?It's a weird paradox because societies need lots of hard work in order to maintain themselves and all their system. Maintaining a system of laws and justice requires a lot of work. Maintaining a sewage system requires a lot of work. Maintaining ports and water ways requires a lot of work.However, workers are the most abused and lowest paid group of Americans. In contrast, investors make money simply off owning things. You can literally buy stock and just do nothing but sit on your ass holding for 5 years and make a handsome profit.The system we currently have does not incentivise work at all. Instead it incentives the lack of work because that yields the lowest reward.

As bonuses, Health benefits, wage increase, etc. Eventually enough shareholders got together and sued the company on the basis that the shareholder is the most important part and the first to be payed. Those things being killed off and fucked isn’t just how the system works, it’s merely been lopsided and workers are not getting any piece of the continued economic growth.
