every day i feel so incredibly depressed because i know i have to go dedicate 40 hours of my week for every day of my life to some company just so i can live.i hate modern society so much, i don’t care at all about money, it doesn’t drive me.i haven’t felt meaningful happiness in so long because of this, my work conditions don’t make this any easier.what can i do to stop wanting to be dead just so i dont have to waste my life being a wage slave?

>>62525115Don't think of it as "having to get a job" think of it as adapting to reality, because yes we all have to slow down and provide for ourselves or family but only for so long before we are rejoined with Jesus Christ in the afterlife. Just try your best to live a good life because as Romans 6:23 says "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Don't pursue worldly pleasures too much and keep God in mind and these next 80 or so years will pass like a breeze and then you can kick with Jesus forever. I know I'm looking forward to it.
