>GF's stepdad got laid off from his make believe "Project Manager" 6 figure boomer consoomer job a few days ago when he had a year left to retire>Lived his whole life as the goodest of Goy wagies on his knees at the whim of his corporate jewish masters >His brain is unable to process how coldly they were willing to toss him to the side like a cheap whore >Kept saying retirement is supposed to be a celebration......>His manager wouldn't even look him in the eye during the teams call where HR read a script informing him his position had been terminated>He thanked his jewish masters for their time together and for firing him LMAOGonna assume this is happening across the country this year, considering how awful boomers were when they were in power and how few of them are prepared for retirement what do you all think the economic landscape is going to look like over the next 5 years as the rug is yanked from under the boomers feet and no one wants to buy their 5 bedroom McMansions?
it's a little cwazy that a wagie can work multiple decades for a company and be fired without recourse when they are a year out from getting a pension or whatever
>>62527431So, all you do is think about Jewish dick all day?
>>62527447I think in this case he would still get his retirement. Otherwise he's a cuck if he doesn't create some sort of john q hostage situation in which he makes his boss deep throat a 20" barrel.
>>62527431In America can they just fire you with no justification?
>>62527431Well we are all fucked. Goymasters have to make war to calm people down.
>>62527546They won't though. They'd need 6-10 million conscripts to take Iran. They couldn't possibly pull this off without needing to use any conscripts on the emerging American fronts.
>>62527523He was trained in the Navy for ultimate corporate cuck compliance, he will not be pushing back against his "superiors" and will not rock the boat/upset the chain of command...... He's been crunching numbers making sure he can still retire off the measly severance/unemployment he will be getting. Better than nothing but still a slap in the face after a lifetime of compliant servitude to a system that hates him.
>>62527447It's funny that workers in the US are just one step away from bug people in regard to their work environment.>laughs in Europoor with job safety
>>62527431good for him. suffering builds character
>>62527447>getting a pensionWho gets a pension anymore unless your in a union and if your a manger your not in union. One more year of work shouldn't make or break him.
>>62527431Seeing similar at my company. A large chunk of my bank's more senior staff were the 1st to get cut in layoffs. Now, middle management and HR are getting the rope too.
>>62527431Nice revenge fantasy you got there
>>62527431You don't play the game very well.
>>62527544Depends on the job/contract. But the answer in the private sector is usually yes. There are certain prohibited reasons: race, religion, etc.
>>62527447If he had a pension, it would have vested LONG ago. If he didn't have a pension, he would have had a 401k tax-incentivized investment plan that often has employer contributions. In neither case would a single year have made any difference. I can't think of a scenario where one year more or less employment would matter. Plus he will have Social Security on top of any pension or investment. And one year isn't going to matter there either.
>>62527431Over half of boomers have already retiredClose to 1/4 of them are dead
>>62528021Yes. Peak boomer birth year was 1957. They are 70 years old now.
