The ones I've seen tend to micromanage the fuck out of female employees, but as long as you're competent and attractive it's 100% better. They see you as a threat to their authority because your competence easily outshines their noncontributing busy body behavior. I also don't take women in the workplace seriously as a rule, so my first instinct when one talks to me is flirt or talk down to them.
