Alright fags, give me your input. I've been approached about a position at the top company in my field. The comp would be life changing money for my family ($500k+/yr). This seems great, but here are my reservations:1. I like my current job. I still make decent money and it's chill environment. I have a good relationship with my managers. 2. I spoke with some people in my network who used to work for this company and they said stay away. The management is difficult to work with and it is a cut-throat "me-first" culture. There has been a lot of turnover in the department (and this is probably why they're hiring). The manager I would be working under is literally a Jewish lesbian. 3. It would be more work. I have manageable hours right now and only rarely work nights/weekends. That would change if I were to take this job.I'm married and have two young kids. Trying to weigh this opportunity to put my family on a better financial trajectory against what seems to be some real red flags.Most of you retarded Indians, but I know there are some savvy posters out there.So tell me what you think.

Same location, or remote? How much of that is stock? What's your current comp and trajectory? Is the new place small enough where that one person's specific gripes about management are likely to matter to you?I make 500k (all cash comp) and it's fine, but that's with 45 hr/wk and no weekends. I have a lot of gripes (don't like the city at all, no remote work, coworkers make more, just don't enjoy the job anymore), but I am going to stick it out until I get fired or have enough to retire. Having lots of money is really nice.
I suggest you turn it down. Cause I don't like other people's success.. So you should turn it down for my sake..

I make $240k right now and it is feasible that in several years I could maybe get up to $500k at my current company.
