It's a first ammendment issue at its core.
The only argument against it is where you get the training data from, but even that is not very solid. In most cases the training data for fakes comes from publicly available sources. Plus, a human artist can also make a nude fake drawing of someone from memory or from reference photos. An AI generated fake is fundamentally no different.

Finally, the proliferation of AI fakes only helps those who have had their actual nudes leaked. If pics of Jennifer Lawrence's butthole leaked today, she could just say its an AI fake and everyone would believe it.

It's not 'AI' it's centralised cloud services in datacentres. It's a shit business model, high capx, high energy and indurance bills, slowed for computer and data access than local compue and insecure, less private and reliable han local compure due to wan dependence.

'AI' does it have actual value is another debatte if it does it is running locally not in the cloud (datacentre)

80% of a new datacentre cost is in network compute, switches routers etc GPUs, CPUs and RAM that becomes wortless of ver five years.

By taking on that datacentre businesses have taken on the depreciation that end users used have on PCs along with heir elecricity bill. Not justt that bu generally people know cloud services are a bit shit compared to local computing and are spyware orientated and adware infested, unprivate and insecure. It's like building a railway line (that tou have to replace all the tracks, tunnels and stations on every five years) to a theme park wih massive queues, shit rides that are very expensive where you have jeets looking up your wifes skirt and niggers mugging you.

It's a terrible business model, software is 100% margin after staff cost and local computing adoption and he personal computer had motivaors like porn access, games, operational cost effeciency none of which are there to motivate datacenter adoption.

You take that cash printing software 100% margin business and turn it into a massive high running cost service as a utility company tha requires massive and continual capx and you have a bad business a business that won;t and can't cover costs. These are bad business models and are going to destoy the companies who tied themselves to it including google, amazon, meta, openAI, microsoft and anthropic etc etc. They are already cooking their earnings while doing FOMO capx by moving tens of billions in a circle between them
