American white collar community: Opine on the ethics of signing a job offer acceptance and continuing to interview in the meantime.Reddit says it's fine, academic professionals say it's unethical.IMO most offer letters include a paragraph talking about how a company or the employee can terminate employment at any time, without any obligations - so I do not consider it unethical. The employee agreed to what was signed in good faith and is not acting dishonestly in continuing to interview - they are merely operating under the terms of the contract.
