Since we get Sunday off for Christians, and Saturday off for Jews, we should get Friday off for Muslims. It's only fair.
>>62545593Muslims get to take your head off
>>62545593There's so many conflicting sources on 4 day workweek it's not even funny. And I assume there's more mischievery going on depending on what the conductors of the study want it to look like. Is the same workload distributed on fewer days? Well I suppose productivity will have to rise. People rarely work at 100% capacity 8 hours a day.Doesn't really matter at all how it'll end because it'll effect only office drone jobs. Not like service industry, hospitals, construction etc. can magically cut working hours by 20%
How can I work 4 days a week when the markets open 5.
>>62545704>Not like service industry, hospitals, construction etc. can magically cut working hours by 20%I don't see why not - they already work on weekends by staggering shifts. It wouldn't change much assuming equal productivity.
>>62545593working too much is for gays.
>>62545593i work 4its ok for now in about five years I'm going to demand to my employer to work three and still have all my benefits
>>62545593Muslims are extremely unproductive and deserve nothing but harassment and beatings.
>>62546166>unproductiveyou reveal yourself, rabbi.
>>62545593when people advoacate for 4-day workweeks, they usually mention wednesday or something. it's better to have two smaller breaks than one large three-day-long break.
>>62546234bad ideafor travel implications its always nice to have that 3 day chunk, sometimes an extra PTO day is needed but generally you have greater flexibility.
>>62545704it's 4 days on, 4 days off, 12 hours a shift, half the days are night shifts, wagie
>>62545593This avoids the actual problem, the workweek should be reduced to 36 hours. 4 x 9I'd work the same amount as now, but with more overtime pay.
>>62545593Most jobs are bullshit, so 4/5ths of zero being zero is not a surprise. If you'd like 4/5ths of your salary for an extra day off while I still am productive for 5 days a week, or give me a 25% raise for the same, be my guest
>>62546055Yeah but productivity isn't equal in the service industry. If I'm a cashier in a cash station I'm paid to be on call per hour. I'm not checking 20% more people out per hour after I slept well and feel chipper- there's a fixed number of people in the store and in line at any point. And that's even assuming someone is meaningfully productive to begin with.
You'd think with computers, the internet, and now AI we would only need to work a few hours a day for most basic office jobs? most people are zoned out pretending to look busy lmfao
>>62545704Well yeah, look at how productivity is reported. When it's a survey of workers it's "yeah days off are heckin neat!". Pretty easy to recognize it's a Communist lie. Companies like making as much money as possible. They were forced to try work from home during the pandemic. About a hot second or three after that shit ending nearly every company demanded employees return to work. That meant paying for enormous office space leases, cleaning staff, maintenance, utilities, etc. Why?>Companies don't like making as much money as possible>Companies were too stupid to realize their employees productivity rose during work from home policies and then lost all of that productivity >Companies actually exist to torture their employeesThe typical bitter wage cuck cannot process this. They conflate the fun of being able to answer three emails, attend an hour of meetings in their pajamas and then going out to eat lunch and shop for the rest of the day with actually being productive. There are a handful of people who can actually do this and not impact their productivity, these are the kinds of jobs that should not exist to begin with in the first place.
>>62546764This4x10 is so fucking brutal, people basically just do nothing in the last hour
>>62545593>sleep deprivedGo to bed you dumb fucks.
>>62545593have been on a 4 day workweek for the past 3 years and I cant imagine ever going back to 5. the difference is huge. its not just having an additional day to recover/unwind its also the fact that you dont exhausted as much while only working 4 days so you have more time recover but you also need less time to recover. dunno how else to describe it.
>>62545593If the hourly pay stays the same, you will make ~20% less money a month. I'm personally okay with it but many people would demand to keep their monthly wages the same despite a ~20% reduction in hours worked because they're already living beyond their means.Good luck trying to get employers and employees to agree on this.>>62546091I've never been a hard worker anyway>>62548614In your example it would only benefit public health and unemployment statistics(because they had to hire an extra worker)
