nu-jew can't do shit. gold and bitcoin and stocks about to get fisted
>>
Do I buy treasuries, bros?
>>
>>62546112
>>62546133
You retards know that they were higher all 80s and 90s and stocks still went up? High bond rates = stocks low is just a stupid 2022 schizo narrative, god that year had no many schizo narratives.
>>
>>62546112
Tech stocks are the new treasuries. The economy has never been better. You lost, tranny
>>
>>62546165
No the S&P 500 will keep going up +30% every year
>>
>>62547366
If you think the current American economy has any resemblance to the 80s and 90s, you need to put down the pipe. Compare the national debt as percentage of GDP. Look at the percentage of commercial and consumer debt in distress. Look at how much of the budget is consumed by just interest on the national debt and keep in mind that trillions of very low interest treasury notes must be rolled over in a high-interest market. Look at REAL employment numbers. Shit's fucked dude. And getting fuckeder by the minute.
>>
>>62547366
Is the difference that the US is about to put down a 1.5trillion tax cut that it plans to pay with borrowing?
>>
>>62546112
It's not real. Isntreal. Isreal. Israel. The need. Zionist kikes.
The govt is literally buying their own bonds.
This is the biggest ponzi pyramid scheme in recorded history
>>
>>62549748
I recently heard a report that just the interest payment on the govtd debt is average 114 billion/month.

The orange idiot regime has blown over 50 billion in the last month just on the Iran debacle
>>
>>62547366
>t.raped kikeslave

>>62546165
The only way to win is to hold assets that outperform treasuries and inflation, otherwise you are losing money.
>>
>>62549815
On one hand it was never feasible to get better without it becoming a crisis, on the other this president is spending money so rapidly and personally destroying the market such that the crisis may get here before he leaves. We would need to cut entitlements and military spending and I don't know if the boomer death cult has it in them to do either of these thing.
>>
>>62550170
You are correct that we were long past the point of having an orderly return to fiscal sanity. Nobody is willing to feel the pain it would take to even balance the budget, let alone pay down the debt. And not just boomers with their Social Security and Medicare. It would be the collapse of the whole house of cards. You can't pull two trillion dollars out of the economy every year without causing a global train wreck.

But we can't keep doing what we are doing either. So what will happen? The government will resort to massive inflation to try and keep filling the expanding sink hole. And that causes a meltdown of the currency and an end of the American economic miracle.

90% of biz graduated from the school of Peter Schiff. The dude is an economic retard. He's a good gold salesman, and his news updates are entertaining, but his economic analysis is fucking terrible. The dude still believes in fractional reserve banking and thinks banks loan out your deposits...
>>
>>62550525
A rock has outperformed most assets in the last 5 years though
>>
>>62550511
Well and that 2 trillion just covers the delta on our spending versus tax revenue. We're not even hitting on the 40tn debt and the 1.15 trillion it costs just to service the interest on that debt, in which we just FUCKING SELL MORE TREASURY BONDS TO SERVICE THE INTEREST WHILE SIMPLY ADDING TO THE PRINCIPLE. Mathematically, boys, I don't see how this pig gets unfucked.
>>
>>62550541
Gold will always be the GOAT, and I'm tired of prentending it's not
>>
>>62546112
Locking your money for 30 years is peak retardation
>>
>>62550511
It either comes to a head organically through inaction and resultant crisis or the crisis is planned in advance. Once the point is reached I suggest listening to the past 12 months of Luke Gromen interviews for what the economic transition and resulting system will look like; I haven't read any of the Interview with Mr X books but I assume it would offer similar insight, also The Mandibles for another biased but grounded view of the situation unfolding. I speak of this as the only sane option but it does not offer a real work around to the election problem facing anyone who tries to solve the it which is why I believe the crisis is necessary and would be purposely acceletated by certain factions in the government and finance. You have to kill entitlements and other spending in real terms rather than nominal terms via inflation outpacing all of it. Yield control is a necessity but this money printing also becomes the vehicle for destroying entitlements while limiting riots because you can just peg everything without physical cuts. Wages have to chase inflation though thats how you keep productive citizens on board instead of forming mobs. Inflation is lied about, though the released numbers will still be quite high, if the younger generations can afford homes then they won't care. The retired have to lose and it has to happen in a way thats worse than it actually seems.

>>62550670
Its the only real survival vehicle for the math problem facing the US and the West at large. People shitting on golds price action do not understand the one opportunity that has been afforded to them. They think the world can just go back to normal.
>>
>>62551027

entitlements are the cause of money printing and inflation/devaluation. see what's happening in Japan?
>>
>>62551047
To a degree but in the past it was managable and few cared, 2-3% inflation, print some money via treasury was actually necessary to be an issuer of reserve currency there had to be a capital surplus and GDP made up for it. With demand for treasuries falling the status quo is over, demand for the dollar drying up. Now we can't export inflation like we once did. If/when commodity markets normalize the the sell off in assets and dollars may slow but it won't be enough to go back to normal. The only thing saving us is all other currencies are also trash. Money printing and debt issuance will have to continue even accelerate but the money will have to go to productive assets in the form of manufacturing and infrastructure, as China did. We make benchmark entitlements against inflation and thats the importance of lying about the actual number worse than we already do. Say we run 15% inflation yoy CPI & PPI but we only cop to 7.5% and use that for benchmarking; we defacto cut SS, MC and EBT by 7.5% in doing so and if wages match actual inflation we claim that they are outperforming and the economy is growing. If housing prices underperform inflation and wages then only the unemployed will bitch and protest. Equities will perform strangely but what I'm saying about the hat trick with entitlements is the only way to manage it. If we cut, they vote people in to print mo money fo dem programs and we end up in the same place but worse with the working class sorting it out with rifles and SS and EBT americans get got by bandits or starvation.

It's not over for gold and precious metals though. Gold likes it when the yield curve steepens and the 2yr < 10yr < 30yr.

Better prep your asses for the board to be flooded with silver threads again.

Who's your guys' go-to gold bullion dealer? I like first Majestic for silver but they don't deal in gold. I'm also leery of buying gold online and having it shipped, but I live somewhat rural so my options kind of suck

>The only way to win is to hold assets that outperform treasuries and inflation
Like what?
>>
>>62550541
Metals aren’t really an investment in the traditional sense. You go all in on silver and gold, then what? Watch it crab for 20 years? You still have to wage in order to buy food and pay the bills. It’s not like you’re going to be walking around with 1000oz day trading your metals at the local dealer.

Equities but don't expect the market as a whole to match inflation much less beat it. Expect capital rotation into manufacturing, energy and commodities. For weapons manufacturers look for who can deliver value, less money for defense in real terms, and isn't exhausted by backorders and existing obligations; I like ktos because the valkyrie can do jet like things for $4 million and launch off a trailer but they in no way dominate the drone space still they have other segments, on sale but with risk, look for mid/smallcap companies like this. Miners, gold miners in particular are in good shape, other mineral established majors will do well or continue to do well with price rises and segregated markets and continued government funding. Food prices will spike, there will be winners and losers from this. Gold, should be obvious to everyone but I understand how the past 60 years created bias. It's the one thing the government has to manage debt and credit concerns. China wants US to just let gold go organically, actually repricing allows for a weaker dollar which favors China with their undeclared reserves as well as US manufacturing aspirations. Gold tracks inflation but it should be understood it doesn't track it daily, it lags and overshoots then corrects, so there is opportunity to out perform the market and inflation in periods where it is undervalued. If timing is poor you'll still be better suited than dollar based saving vehicles.

Unironically the SP500 and most markets generally have generally done ok in periods of hyperinflation and debt crises
>>
>>62546133
No, bond yields are rising because the market is expecting lots of inflation because Warsh has proven to be a political crony for Trump rather than doing his job as all the previous chairs have done. Rates right now are too low according to traditional monetary policy orthodoxy. This means the value of the dollar will tank, thus bond markets are demanding higher yields. All this should logically mean that bitcoin would be going up because if the dollar is inflating, bitcoin is supposed to be a hedge against that like gold. The fact that it's not means something fishy is going on with the bitcoin market. Bitcoin has been rigged for ages.
>>
>>62555539
It may be simpler than this. The political elite of the world are seeking dollar alternatives when they can afford it but most are Boomers or early gen X. They are biased to Gold over BTC because of their age and its track record. While this could change the influence the United States has over the crypto markets is much greater than over the gold market. Genius and clarity acts sought to intertwine USD and Treasuries into crypto, most notably in the form of stable coins but the clarity act makes it clear that US banks seek to not lose advantage in the market. If one's goal is to avoid US monetary influence Gold becomes the obvious choice as means of manipulation are lowered as other states gain greater holdings.

Beyond this many countries are selling all manner of assets to include gold and BTC to get commodities and until the market calms or sellers run out the downward pressure will continue.

>Watch it crab for 20 years?
When things change it will be quick and dramatic and you will suddenly realize how retarded you have been this entire time.
