Yeah. My parents gave me a house for my birthday last year. Nothing insane, just a starter place so I could stop wasting money on rent. Before that they put me in charge of one of the family's machine shops and the landscaping company so I could learn responsibility. I wasn't making any major decisions at first, mostly just driving around in the company F-250 checking on jobs, signing invoices, and handling payroll when Dad was out of town.

>>62548112No. I got absolutely nothing. Not from my father, grandfathers, mother, grandmothers, aunts or uncles. I had to pay rent living with my mother after age of 18 (while studying) and had to chip in on food bills etc. When I needed a rather small amount of money for medical treatment I was told to fuck off basically. I never got anything. My sister got private tennis lessons, vacations abroad, cosmetic treatments, private tutors, full dental work, expensive golden jewelry, her living expenses were paid for when she was studying, as well as her tuition fees when she failed classes over and over again. I was ultimately kicked out from the house because my mother chimped out when she returned from work and dinner wasn't ready yet. I asked my father then to pay me back what he owed me (a part of it), he agreed to it and never sent me a dime, just lied that he already sent me the bank transfer and it took longer than usual to get processed.I won't lift a finger to ever help either my parents nor grandparents.
