Anyone here actually start their own business? I want to start one and my friends and family all say I should. Not sure if that's just because I've mentioned it a bunch of times though.

I want to do one of those kinds of background everyday needs kind of business, like distributions/ wholesaling or something, not a restaurant or whatever since the fail rate is crazy high and it seems inconsistent.

Any advice on this?
