The coins are subject to a 28 day cooldown period before they can be withdrawn. So once you detect that your address has requested to unstake, the name of the game at that point is that you have 28 days to make a faster bot than the attacker so that you can snatch the coins to a fresh wallet before the other guy does?

your best bet would be trying to find whitehats that could facilitate it for you. hackers likely have expensive infra and it's not easy to beat them at their own game, you couldnt do it by yourself starting from scratch.

that is extremely strange. most scams people fall for would leave staked link untouched. somehow the privatekey got compromised, how certain are you the seed phrase was kept secure and never saved digitally in any way?
