People really went full-schizo thinking China only affected all hardware companies not named Sandisk or SNDK. Seems like not even a good idea to short. Should've corrected itself by now, not gone vertical.

Anyway, how are you guys managing now that AI-bubble price fixing has now outpaced our gains? Just found out a new way Aliexpress protects scammers, the choice label. Not even bothering to know the lengths of an NVME drive, nor what type of storage they're purportedly selling, while only being only a few dollars cheaper by accident. Seems like only crappy, dramless CUSU is safe, but you might still be able to get drives locally for ~$50 to $20 less through best offers or just that cheap Patriot drive that's popular on Amazon right now.

The hour is later than that.

It’s either collapse soon or totally avoided.

I’m actually kind of surprised we reached an inflection this quickly but the pressure on the dollar will force a roll back of the ultimate problem (simultaneous woke shit and scam capitalism) (and the undermining of institutions to support it) or collapse will come shortly from dollar rugging due ultimately to people who actually do things checking out.

the math is the black scholes equation, it depends on volatility (compresses after earnings usually) and remaining time until expiration. The call you bought originally has no intrinsic value. Once the call goes ITM, its value is extrinsic value + intrinsic value (difference between strike and stock price). Your breakeven is the strike price + the price you paid for your call, so 135. At expiry (all extrinsic value is depleted) if the stock is at 142 you get stock price minus breakeven, so 700. Since you will probably want to lock in your profits before the actual expiration of the contracts, there will be some extra extrinsic value in the call, so it is strictly higher than 700 in profit. the actual math requires more market data and the use of the black scholes equation.
On the other hand, you should be happy, you got a return on investment of, at the very least, 116.67% in one day, if you bought 600 dollars worth of palantir shares you would be up about 17% (about 100 dollars).

Options are OPTIONS. They are no CERTAINITIES. People buy/sell options PRECISELY because of that.

>>62558137
Add Delta to your options chain. It's going to give you probabilities. An OTM Call at 20 delta will have a 20% chance expiring ITM at expiration. 80% chance expiring OTM. And a 40% chance of the strike being touched (multiply the delta x2 to figure out touch). Buying OTM will fuck you probability wise long term. Even in the 20% chance the option expires ITM, you may still lose money due to the breakeven (extrinsic value).

Nothing special. Their stock market pumped like 20% last week, but this didn't necessarily clear out all the margin debt, and the leverage still exists. So people are using the opportunity to escape that "sinking ship" while they still can with less losses than if they stayed longer
>>
>>62558173
>vast majority of the time
If by "vast majority of the time" you mean most stocks, which are dead weight. But OTM makes sense in momentum sectors.
Also you don't need to hold to expiration, you can regard buying OTM as shepherding a call from 0.1 delta to like 0.4 delta, and then selling your prepped call for the next goombler.

ARM has given up all their post-May gains, so I believe their current valuation is close to a logical support in the AI era. Thus the strike I'd pick is at near the midpoint between their ATH and now if I buy a 5-6 month call, so it'd be maybe the 310 strike.

it was a cruise, possibly the worst thing or a socially anxious depressed misanthrope like myself
If I had stayed home, I could have put that $5k into SOXL at the bottom. Instead, I've been feeling dizzy all day
>>
memory and semis aren’t done they’re just taking a breather
>>
>>62557555
Seriously how is Idaho so white? I didn't see one single god damn pajeet all week
>>

>>
this is the triple dead korean bounce
>>
>take a vacation
>constantly anxious thinking there is something to do
>also get bored by day 3
is this it? have years of waging finally done permanent damage to my brain?
>>
>>62558405
It actually was a cruise up north, and the scenery was really nice. But there were just so many fucking people. The food was good, but the service was actually too friendly. I don't like it when people are friendly to me. I would have liked the scenery without the ship aspect.

>>
>>62558432
Thanks I'll keep that in mind if I ever travel further than three miles again
>>
>>62558382
It's good that you went outside your comfort zone and had a new experience, though.

AWS doesn't make money with AI but from AI.
>>
>>62558441
Some of the experience was nice. Like I said, the scenery was good. The ship had some cool stuff on it. But the entire time, I didn't meet or even talk to anyone other than my family or the staff. I generally hate travel in general, but if I have to g somewhere I prefer road trips where I can sit in my car alone all day.
>>62558465
I closed my AWS account after I got impacted by the $2 billion bill scare. I was only paying like $4/mo for some old projects, but they aren't getting that from me anymore.

Nah. Benner Cycles has 2026 as a sell year. We'll get a retarded rally in sept/oct for midterms (insider selling to place bribes/lobby) and a reduction in oil prices (via SPR) to get public votes
Next crash isnt scheduled until 2035
