Class action lawsuit needs to be filed; this seems to be allegedly intentional in whats called a retirement attack
So the absolute best way to store your shit is getting an offline device to create and store your keys right? Keys need to be generated by you? Is this feasible? It’s been a while since I’ve used my ledger but there’s nothing on it and I probably don’t trust it again. This is cryptos biggest hurdle.
>>62558607And they have broadcasted your address long ago..... Fuck these niggers! Paper wallet on an airgapped laptop!
>>62558948The problem isn't the airgapping or the type of storage. The problem is randomness of seed generation. It doesn't matter how you store your key if the seed wasn't generated randomly. This seems to be a massive problem in the community, people using "rememberable" seed phrases or relying on third parties and hoping that it's truly random. You should do the randomisation yourself.
>>62558566I’ve never heard of Coldcard. Is that for Mexicans?
>>62558607>Is this feasible?nigga ever heard of dice?
>>62558607It doesnt matter wherever its offline or not, bad entropy is bad even 100% offlineUse dice rolling, correctly
